Sadly the other reviews indicating REALLY poor pharmacy service have this right. I needed to pick up up something for my sick child so knowing pharmacies are often slow, I called well in advance and gave them an extra 90 minutes after the«promised» time. Still not ready, and all I got from Nicole at the pharmacy counter was an attitude. Not sure if Walgreens across the street is better, but it just couldn’t be worse. CVS, why would we trust our Health to you when you can’t do something as simple as count 30 pills into a bottle and deliver on time?

It is ok. Love the 24 hours. The pharmacy is slow and there is often a wait when you pick up.

This has got to be the WORSTCVS Pharmacy I have ever been to. Your prescription will never be ready on time and they will look at you like you have two heads when your angry as to why they haven’t prepared your prescription at all.

This CVS is close to my work, so I’ve often had to stop here in the mornings. No matter how much time I give myself, I am always late after a stop at CVS. They have lots of registers but only one person ringing, even when there is a long line and other associates are nearby. It’s incredibly frustrating at 8:50 in the morning. It’s a small store, but they are open 24 hours, which is really convenient. The pharmacy takes a long time to fill prescriptions, even when they are called ahead. I think the person with the most passion here is the photo guy. He was very helpful with getting my passport picture taken, and I’ve often seen him rescue customers using the DIY photo printer.

15 to 20 minutes wait = 45+ minutes without fail. Nice enough store for a CVS, but the pharmacy is always backed up.

Best CVS within 30 minutes! It’s open 24 hours including the pharmacy and the staff is always very friendly and they take coupons after they expire which is the main reason I go here. It’s true though that it’s always packed but it never feels crowded because the cashiers work quickly.

Love Cvs, especially my extra care bucks ! This location is usually well stocked, and being open 24 hours is fantastic. I rarely go in during the wee hours of the night, but it’s nice to have someplace to go when you need medicine at midnight, or toilet paper, or other emergency products! The drive thru pharmacy is good, they keep your info on file, so u don’t need to get asked a million questions each time you pick up a Rx. Clean. Wish the employees would smoke out back, not 10 feet from the entrance as I don’t enjoy walking my 4 year old past them a we walk in, so I usually try to park on the opposite side. Very very rarely there are no parking spots left, and the spots on the corner of 135 and speen can be obnoxious to get out of. But not a game changer at all.

I just love CVS. I get so excited when I’m home and there is one, seemingly, on every corner. They have the best selection and best prices of any other drugstore, anywhere I’ve been in the country. They manage to have everything you want, and weed out the stuff you don’t want. I just love it. So glad CVS made its way out to CA.

The pharmacy is a joke. They never have prescriptions ready on time, they care only about the drive thru. Yesterday there were 6 people working behind the counter and a line of 9 people had formed and only 1 person was working the counter. the other 5 were talking among themselves, and looking busy. But they were not looking at the counter nor the computers. Add to the fact that this is the 3rd time my wife and I have had problems with this CVS. Prior times had them 2and a half hours behind on filling prescriptions. Also they are very rude when you change your insurance information and do not call to confirm that the amount for co-pays has changed, and look at you like it’s your fault they have the wrong info, despite the fact that they get out prescription info from the insurance company. Final straw yesterday, after waiting in line 30 mins, get to the counter, and the prescription had changed, which we knew about from our doctor, but didn’t know the price changed from $ 15 to $ 50. Per refill. Needless to say, we didn’t pay, we left the few minor purchases on their counter as well and walked out. Long story short, too late, go across the street to Walgreen’s for now on and Avoid CVS at all cost!

Do not fill your RX here. NO matter when I have gone and what the medsare there is always a PROBLEM and a WAIT. I am not the only one either. There is usually a long line of exasperated customers who are incredulous that even though their prescriptions have been dropped/faxed/emailed in they are not READY. Do not go here unless you have an extra ½ hour(or more) to spare – even if you called in your refill days before

Brought my kids in for Flu shots. Service was so quick I could hardly fill out the information on the computer. Staff was perfect.

Yeah yeah yeah. It’s another CVS. The key to this one? it’s the closest 24 hour one to me. TWENTYFOURHOURS! In Massachusetts! You know it’s like a unicorn, you gotta share when you see something so rare.
