Established in Wellesley in 1988, the brainchild of a young, blossoming chef, we have forged our mark into the greater Boston catering market by providing quality and service that is second to none.

Delicious! Hired Deja Blu for my companies Holiday Party approximately 150 people. Typically its hard to please that many people but WOW every single person enjoy and devoured the food! Cindy was awesome to deal with and was extremely patient with me as I changed the menu several times. She was onsite and in the kitchen the evening of the event. She even helped with the flow of the evening events and lighting.
I highly recommended Deja Blu Catering!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Cindy and her staff. They catered an engagement party for us at our home this past weekend and everything went very smoothly. Cindy had great suggestions for food and everything was delicious-all the guests commented on the quality of the menu. Prices are also very reasonable and they will work with your budget. Jen (chef) and Lisa (server) were both lovely and professional. They were hard working and efficient and even packed up leftovers and cleaned up at the end of the evening. We will absolutely recommend Deja Blu to others!

If I could give Cindy and her crew 100 stars I would. Not only did she caterer my wedding she saved the day!
5 weeks before my wedding day my original caterer quit, we found Deja Blu online and they had great reviews so we thought we’d go in for a meeting. Cindy was so professional and kind. She helped me through the whole process. When my first caterer quit I thought «that’s it, now what?»
But it was actually a blessing in disguise!
On my wedding day Cindy helped get the timeline rolling and kept everything on track while I was busy having fun
And the food? Phenomenal! Every person was raving about the delicious apps and wonderful chicken.

I used Deja Blu for a sit down luncheon for my son’s baptism. Cindy was recommended me to me from a friend who used to be in the catering business, and it was a marvelous referral. I assumed the food would be good because of the referral, and I’m pretty sure every one of my guests was thrilled with the quality, presentation, and professionalism of the staff and their work.
The reason I am giving 5 stars is the level of service I received in planning the luncheon. Food is important, but of equal import to me is having your vision heard for the event and then executing. Cindy did a sight visit with me, went over space diagrams, helped strategize on tablescape, and was hands-on day of ensuring that all of my special touches for the day were in place. I have a background in events and was thrilled to be reminded (in the nicest way possible) day of that I can just relax and enjoy and they will seat guests at the appropriate time, etc etc. Everything flowed beautifully and it was stress-free and so enjoyable for my family and me.
I highly recommend Deja Blu for food quality but also the service provided in executing your special event.

We found Deja Blu for our August Wedding. Cindy and her team did a fabulous job! She is very busy but very responsive to calls and emails. We have changed our mind about some details several times and she was very patient to those changes and made exactly the wedding in my mind!
The whole experience with Deja Blue was awesome and smooth. Our guest spoke highly about the food, desserts, cakes. Since our venue only allows a 2-hr setting up time, I was first a little worried about. But Cindy and her team came in and set up everything quickly and nice. They were very helpful and even willing to do some table decoration work that was not supposed to be their job.
Since my wedding was a pink wedding, I have just mentioned the theme color once to Cindy on our consulting time. I did use pink flowers, decorations, petals, etc, but didn’t expect pink food (You cannot expect pink food, right?) But on the wedding day, one thing I was sooo touched about is that Cindy made all cream on dessert into pink color and even made us special pink lemonade!!! More, she even pulled on a pink dress on herself to match the theme. Such a warm lady!!! I love it!!!
And last but not least, I have to say the dessert and wedding cake was incredibly awesome! I’m not a cake guy but I have to say that’s the most delicious wedding cake I have ever had! And it’s beautiful as well!

It’s going to be hard to sum up how amazing our experience with Deja Blu was in a concise manner but will do my best.
My wife and I hired them for our wedding last weekend and everything turned out so phenomenal and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The food, service and pricing were all aces and Cindy is a straight up gem. They went above and beyond, in every regard, to make sure everything went perfectly. So attentive and genuine to every little detail with not only the food, but the overall service as well.
At least 25 people came up to me throughout the night to let me know that their food was «hands down» the best they’ve had at any wedding. We had quite a few vegan guests at our wedding that were raving about the eggplant dish they put together for us.
For your money you can’t do any better than Deja Blu. It truly elevated our wedding experience to a whole other level. It doesn’t get better than this!

I can’t say enough how glad we are that we chose Deja Blu Catering for our wedding.
The food was excellent at the tasting and was exactly the same at the wedding. We had several comments from guests stating that this was the best wedding food they have had, by far. The food was only part of what made them great. The team they put together made everything happen and without worry from our side. We felt so comfortable, and didn’t think about the service at all… as they handled everything delightfully.
For the ceremony and reception, I wouldn’t consider my vision easy– a lot of DIY décor and set up. We rented a space and had to bring in everything. Cindy really helped us stay within budget and find creative ways to keep this up to the level of what we had hoped, for a reasonable cost. Cindy handled the rentals and recommended many of our vendors, and all were great! I would highly recommend Deja Blu Caterers to any bride or groom.

For our wedding in May 2012, we did a lot of research in order to find a good vendor, that would provide us with delicious food for our guests without breaking our budget. We knew that with our venue, we would need to find a catering business that would offer additional rentals such as plates, glassware, utensils, napkins, etc. We also knew we wanted to incorporate some flavors/foods that went along with the subtle Cinco de Mayo theme that was present in our wedding day. On top of that, I work at a cake shop and did not want to have to order dessert through the caterer but we did need someone to cut the cake for us.
Deja Blu Catering proved to be the most fully qualified vendor we could find! Cindy worked with us on each and every detail we requested. She was honest and completely reasonable and even advised us on ways to improve our plans. She was very quick to respond to any questions and really seemed to be interested in our ideas.
We had a very nice tasting with her and appreciated that she provided us with samples of the cakes even though she was aware that we had already decided on our desserts from the shop that I work with. Everything we tasted we enjoyed very much! Although we were going with one of the ‘Budget Minded Event’ menu’s we were able to swap out pieces from other menus and she also agreed to add guacamole, tortilla chips, etc to one of our stationary appetizer tables. She even provided samples of some of the rental items and the disposable items that we could add to our service.
On the big day, everything went as smoothly as we could have imagined. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The buffet line ran very smoothly (especially with the help of the staff advising the tables on when they could go up). Cindy even came over to our sweetheart table to make sure that we had gotten everything we wanted/needed and that everything was to our satisfaction (which it was, completely!). The food was absolutely delicious and I am speaking for many many people when I say that. We are still receiving compliments on the dinner 2 months later. :)
We can’t thank Deja Blu enough for all of the talented work they did for our wedding feast and for such a personal, stress-free, and thoughtful planning experience! We will be returning customers!

We worked with Cindy at Deja Blu for our wedding catering almost a year ago… And I am literally still getting comments about how fantastic the food was! Guests have actually said that it was not only the best «wedding meal» they have ever had, but also just one of the best meals in general. I will be honest and say that I was pretty caught up in the excitement and chaos of the day/event and didn’t manage to eat much at dinner, but at our tasting I was beyond pleased with the quality and taste of the food she offered us. On this note, Cindy was so easy to work with in the months, weeks, and days leading up to the event. She accommodated all of our needs, both in terms of the menu and our budget. She was so professional; she absolutely knows what she’s doing! Preparing hot and delicious food for 150 people, I can only imagine, isn’t an easy task, but Deja Blu exceeded our expectatons. We were thrilled with our choice to use them!

I’ve been meaning to review this business since enjoying their food at a friends in– home event last summer. Their food was really good and the service was friendly and efficient. I’m guessing they might not be the least expensive choice but having worked in high end restaurants for over 30 years I will vouch for their quality.
