M&H Consulting, LLC is a local Massachusetts company dedicated to serving small offices with pro-​active, low cost technical support services. We can handle everything from new hardware/​software installations and regular maintenance to emergency troubleshooting, as well as affordable cloud solutions.

Rather than the «fix it when it breaks» approach of most tech support companies, our main focus is working to maintain your systems in a way that makes system failures less likely, and if they do occur, make them quicker and less costly to fix. The goal is to help small companies get the most from their technology investment, both in time and money.

Too often, small companies have no plan for their technology and nothing in place by way of prevention, but they rely on those same systems every day to make their business work.

We founded M&H to help Boston and surrounding New England area small businesses solve that problem… with an ounce of prevention to save time & money, and to avoid having to watch their hard-​built business grind to a halt over some easily preventable computer problem.

History

Established in 2001.

We founded M&H Consulting to provide the small business with complete, professional technical support. We believe in proactive, preventive maintenance. We believe in having the ‘big picture’ by understanding your total technical environment via our IT Evaluation.

Our regular preventive maintenance will enable us to monitor the ‘health’ of your systems so we can anticipate problems before you have downtime.

M&H provides complete solutions, with experts experienced in many technical areas including: hardware, software, networking, and custom programming. A benefit is that you won’t have to manage multiple vendors. We have decades of experience to bring to your business.

Gavin M.

Business Owner

Gavin graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In the mid to late 90’s he worked in software development and systems administration where he received hands on experience in all aspects of computer technology and customer service.

In 2001, M&H Consulting, LLC was formed when Gavin joined with Tom Harriss as a partner. Over the last decade they have expanded the company to 8 full time employees serving over 100 companies across New England.
