Since day one, our goal has always been to help individuals, families and businesses solve their tax debt problems. We do this full time, year round. It is all that we do.
More than two decades later, we have grown to be Massachusetts go-to place for tax resolution, and our team continues to consist of experienced licensed tax professionals — never an unlicensed caseworker or sales rep. We have three experienced licensed tax professionals as well as support staff. Our small tax resolution team ensures our clients don’t get lost in the shuffle and client’s get very high quality, personal service.

Matthew P.
Business Owner
Matthew J. Previte is the founder of the firm and has been representing taxpayers before the IRS and state taxing authorities for over 26 years, the last 18 of which he has spent his career representing taxpayers full time.
Matthew is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He’s passionate about solving individuals, families, and businesses’ tax problems.
