I received a Bruins track jacket for Christmas, however needed a different size. The jacket was purchased at the Cambridge location, however Natick is the closest to me. I called the Cambridge store, explained the issue, and even thought it was past the 21 day exchange policy, I was still allowed to make the exchange due to policy. Not only was I able to exchange, the woman at the Cambridge store had the Providence store(which is the only location who had the correct size) ship the jacket to Natick, and I received a call when it arrived. Long story short, the customer service was exceptional.

Came here on 10÷18÷11 around 1245pm and it was my first time visiting a Roster store(I live in LA). I walked in and the 2 girls who work there did not greet me. I mention this bc the 3 other people who came in there after me were greeted«Hello, can I help you find anything today?» When I walked in I smiled at the blonde employee who looked at me and didn’t smile or acknowledge me back. Instead of doing her job and making me feel like a welcomed customer, she continued using her cell and continued texting. That made me feel like not wanting to spend my money there. Instead I left and went to the other sports store located on the second floor near Macy’s. There I was greeted immediately and I bought the Bruins Stanley Cup Locker room T shirt. Overall: D–(I would give an F but the store did have some nice gear).

It sounds like a cool store but they don’t have a website which is a dealbreaker for me. I searched 3 search engines using various keywords but found nothing. I did notice you can join them on Facebook but I’m going to pass. If only being on Facebook is their way of revving up business I don’t want to do business with them.

Roster, located in the Natick Mall, sells high end sports gear for the Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox and Patriots(all the major local teams). There are a few things that make this store great. First, it can be tough to find sports gear that doesn’t look cheap, or like it was meant for a teenager. The shirts, jackets and hats they sell are all very well made, and many could be worn on a casual Friday at work. The majority of the items aren’t too obnoxious. They also have a range of sizes for men and women. Girls look awesome in sports gear built for them. Not so much when they’re wearing a shirt made for a guy. The price tag at Roster is a bit higher than what you might find at Model’s or Dick’s. However you’re paying for quality and in general, the prices were less than what you’d find at a pro shop in the Garden or at Fenway.
