Town Fair Tire

I’ll try to keep it short as I know nothing about tires. Unfortunately, I had 2 flats. Fortunately, I remembered I had the lifetime warranty.
The bad? I bought it more than 3 years ago. In a different state. Once receipts/​warranties hit the 3 year mark, it gets funneled to their headquarters.
The good? NINO was awesome in helping me sort out this mess. Although it took more than an hour, his patience and unwavering perseverance was able to help me get what I needed. Even though I was charged for a new tire until they could contact their headquarters to confirm my warranty, they were quick to give me a refund once they got the information. Thanks, NINO!

Their customer service is literally the worst. I’ve never had an employee ever speak to me the way I was spoken to at town fair tire.
Expect a long wait. I was told 2 hours and to come back. I called first, they said come on in, we can take your car in now. I waited about 2 more hours just for a tire to be patched. Had I known it would be that long, I would have gone somewhere else.
They broke my tire pressure monitoring system. I was told to drive my car 25 miles to reset it, I did that and some. The warning light never shut off.
I’d give one star, but the only reason I’m not is because Nino, the only employee that has any customer service skills what so ever, took the time the next day to try to fix it, offered to order the part to try to fix it and do it for free of charge.
After this, I’m never going back there again. It’s not worth it.

I’m sorry for the people that have had negative experiences here. For me, this place is great. The people are really nice. They steered me well with great advice and saved me a lot of money by listening to my needs and offering options. I’m very pleased with tires they sold me. My experience with their direct competition was horrible. I won’t go anywhere else.

I was in from out of town in a rental car and had a bad leak so i googled a nearby tire store that led me to these guys. They are exceptional ! they knew i had a tight schedule so they got me out of their fast. They plugged the leak and charged me next to nothing for it. The guys that work there (Diego was helping me) all were buttoned-​up and professional. The place is clean and organized and you feel comfortable in their waiting area. I wouldn’t normally feel compelled to review a tire store but i was really so impressed with their service, professionalism, and kind demeanor. They see a lot of tire issues i’m sure, but they treated me like mine was the most important one that day.

I was having a problem with my tire monitoring system in my vehicle. I took it to my dealership several times, and they told me it was the tires. Town Fair put 4 new tires on last October. Ever since then, the system would come on and off. Money is so tight right now and everything was going wrong at the same time in my life, as it seems to happen to everyone at times. To fix this issue on my vehicle would have been over 180.00. I was devistated. The gentleman that was helping me was so incredibly upset that I was upset. He dropped the price SIGNIFICANTLY! He saved the day, month, year for me. I was so impressed with his kindness and thoughtfulness. I can’t say enough good things about Town Fair. The tires are wonderful, and the service was even better. I wish more companies cared about helping their customers, in any way they can. Less places would go out of business. Thank you guys so much.

I am throwing my arms up in the air on this one and shaking my head…
I came in today with a flat tire, having purchased all four of my tires here a few years ago. The manager Tony took my flat and said it would be a couple hrs, that he would call me to tell me if it could be fixed or needed to be replaced.
I returned after nearly 2 hrs, no call yet. He said the tire was shot, needed to be replaced. Ok. I accepted that. He was kind enough to offer me the same price as I paid two years ago when I came in with a flat. Ok, that was nice.
20 min went by, and I was advised that 3 guys tried to return my spare to its location with no luck (again, this happened last time).
Finally I said forget it, throw it in the back and my husband will do it when I get home (like he did last time). I went out to my car and as soon as I opened be door, the stench of cigarette smoke hit me like a brick wall.
I stormed back into the shop and let the manager have it for letting someone smoke in my car. Mind you, I am a clothing salesman and I have garments hanging in my car. Forget that MY car stinks, now my work does too! He said no one smoked IN my car, someone was smoking nearby it. Sorry, Not good enough!
After spending nearly $ 200 today unexpectedly, now I have to go home and have my husband do a job that professionals are paid to do, while driving in 20 degree weather with the windows down trying to air out my car.
This is not a satisfied customer. Next time I need tires I will go elsewhere where I hope they are more professional and can actually complete the job.

I bought a new set of tires with a lifetime warranty at the Quincy location earlier this year because it was convenient to my old office, but I’m no longer there and needed a couple of flats fixed so I went to the Natick location instead. I was honestly nervous going there after reading all the reviews on here — I figured I’d get screwed into paying for the repairs and have to wait hours for my car to be ready. But in reality, I didn’t pay anything for the repair and they finished sooner than they thought they would (they said two hours but called me within an hour and half). The guys there were really nice and helpful, too. All in all, a good experience. I’ll be back if I have to.

I had a few issues with my car after service. I received a call from Phil (the manager), my issues were resolved.

I’ll give you the cliff notes version: bought 4 tires, spent $ 800, tires dry rotted 2 years later, tires needed to be replaced. Tires were under warrantee. No help from Natick.
Ended up going to ANOTHER Town Fair Tire and they took care of me no problem.

All town fairs are horrible.
It’s $ 70 for an alignment but the idiots who do the work don’t even know how car works. your tie rods are bent or your ball joints are shot. You can’t alignment your tires. Period.
Every car has these parts and it’s vital to a true alignment.
I got 5 alignments from them in the last 2 years with a bent tierod… not a single employee noticed until I went somewhere else.
He wouldn’t do any alignment until it was replaced because there was no point.
Never go to town fair for balance or alignments.
They suck alot.
Go any where else.
No refund at all even with 3 days after finding this out.
I’d rather of given my money to a drunk homeless man… at least he would be honest and you know where the money went.
FUCK ALL TOWN FAIRS.
they don’t even any equipment to even adjust tight screws for rear alignments… I could do better in my driveway.
So much wasted money. I should have had a second opinion the first time.
I’ve been to almost all town fairs in Massachusetts and a few in other states… now I know why I need an alignment and balance every 6 months… they can’t properly do it with broken parts because they don’t know what they are looking it.
Go to a real shop and pay the extra 30 dollars and save $ 700 on new tires every year.

Price was competitive on four tires and new rims. But the service was awful. The manager could not care less if I was informed, serviced in a timely manner or in any way satisfied. Once I had made the commitment my value vanished. What a shame.

Just want to say the customer service representative at this location, Jay, gave us exemplary service. We had an issue and he resolved the issue and provided knowledgeable information to the services that he provided.

One star is a bit harsh since they are selling a commodity which is the same as any other place, but I think it is appropriate because I think they screw it up pretty bad.
1. Their pricing is borderline deceptive. I shopped them for winter tires because they claim free change over and alignment and best price guarantee.
Best price guarantee?: If you use their website to claim a price advantage elsewhere, they add on a price for balancing and alignment which is higher than if you just walked in. They basically match a tire price and add a higher price elsewhere. I despise this type of dishonesty. They also claim «free tire changeover» with the purchase of snow tires. What they don’t disclose as it does not include balancing. If you ask other retailers they say you have to balance and of course it is included. When I asked around if balancing was included their tone was like «of course». They acted like it was a silly question. Town Fair Tire charges for it when they do a change over.
When I politely pointed out that I found their tactics less than transparent and said I was shopping elsewhere, the employee got angry and was rude. Not surprising.
I shopped Direct Tire and they won’t match pricing, but were very clear about what was included and what was not. Their winter change-​over includes balancing (of course). They were honest about why they think it is a good value and were very respectful. I also shopped Firestone who will match online pricing and clearly disclose any other fees.
Bottom line: I don’t trust them and they were rude. No thanks.

Terrible… bought 4 new tires 2 yes ago, 1 of them is flat. Took it back today for my FREE flat repair. tech told me I had an alignment problem and the inner edge of my tire was worn and i I quote «It was Illegal for him to touch it». I was so angry I left without an argument. but I’m so pissed off I felt compelled to write this… I will NEVER use this place again.
While we’re at it be careful of the free alignment they advertise that’s included with your new tires. As that’s only for the front alignment, which they then up sell you on a full alignment which is another $ 40 added to your costs.

I’m not trying to be completely negative so I’ll say the only positive thing is that they are cheaper than other local places, that being said. Everything else is just negative. I was told it would take 1 – 2 hours for my truck to have 2 tires put on, so I gave them 4 hours. After 4 it wasn’t even looked at. It took a total of 6 hours, mean while half the employees are sitting behind the desk texting. It was beyond an awful experience, will not be a repeat customer #spendalittlemoremoney

Had a fantastic experience ! I called ahead of time to see if they would help me mount my used tire and rims and they were expensive rims (20″ Nissan GTR black edition rims) some other places I went would not help me because the rim was too expensive for them to take a risk of possibly damaging them. I had a fellow GTR owner refer me to this store and it took me 45 mins to drive there. They had me in and out of there within a hour. Very reasonable pricing! Other places quoted me almost double the price !!
The mount came out flawless and all the rims were perfect. Will definitely recommend others to this location as they are confident in what they can do and have very reasonable pricing .

I was so happily surprised today by my incredible experience have a flat tire repaired at Town Fair Tires of Natick. I was expecting to have to buy a new tire, but Tony at the front desk reminded me that since we bought four tires there two years ago, there’s no charge to fix he flat! It totally made my day. Then, when they couldn’t find he right part in my trunk to put he spare back on my Highlander, Kevin and Bill took the time to use their own tools to put it back in for me. In every sense, all three employees went above and beyond to make sure I was treated well, in and out quickly, and left feeling great about my experience. As a result, I will now only buy tires from them. Thank you for making what started out to be a horrible day with a flat tire much, much better!

The customer service is pretty good. They are quite knowledgeable and aren’t pushy trying to sell you anything. Unfortunately their service can be very slow.

Went in about a week ago, I had a issue or two. But Tony and George the asst. manager made it very easy. If you need anything I suggest you ask for them!

A flat on a rental car could have been the end of a great vacation, but Town Fair Tire helped get us out of there in a very short amount of time, for a very fair price.
Imagine my dismay when I saw «Left Rear Tire Needs Air» blinking on the dashboard, and I step outside to see a FLAT. I looked up the closest tire place, and this was it. After reading a few reviews, I decided it was well worth it to trek there ASAP. I was helped promptly and courteously, and like I said, the entire process was quick and painless. Very professional. And less than $ 5 to fix a flat that could have potentially ruined an expensive trip.
I can’t say enough good things about this place and its people. Thank you, Town Fair Tire, for your great service and staff!
