Disappointed at the mechanic and hurried way we were treated. We walked in with the thought of buying a spiralizer, a new kitchen aid attachment. We could have bought it at Macy’s, but walked to the specialty store, William Sonoma. A high energy guy by the front door could barely hear our question, ordered it for us and motioned to us to walk to the cashier where we can pay for it. I told him I wanted to hear more about it. Told me it’s a great kitchen aid tool! And turned to others. We walked over. It waited for us. The cashier was rude too. Rang the bell for us to advance to her line while still handling the previous shopper. Didn’t even raise her eyes to look at us. We were part of a production line. Poor. Surprisingly poor for such lovely store.

Expensive. Beautiful. Foodie dream. Expensive. OUTSTANDING customer service. I came in to return an item. I didn’t have my receipt. They knew the item was not of the quality expected. Looked up credit card. Found item — full refund. Simple. LOVEIT!
