They refused a 7 year old boy to use their restroom. I get that allot of stores in certain parts of city’s choose not to allow the public to use the restroom due to drug use or homeless but denying a child that is doing the pee-pee dance? Come on people! I am very disappointed with this 7 – 11 and will never return here again.

I usually have no problem with customer service here, and I buy snacks frequently from this location. The guys who work at night are very polite and helpful. Because I use the laundromat next door, sometimes I’ll go into this 7-eleven to get change. Today I did the same thing, but this time I was«helped» by a very large, angry woman who told me she refused to give me change for my 20(I was literally asking for 2 $ 10 bills or a couple $ 5’s…not a very big inconvenience especially since the drawer was already open), stating that I needed to buy something. When I tried to tell her that I have never had an issue at this location, she flat out ignored me and started talking to the next customer. I have never EVER encountered a problem with this before, especially since I am a regular. Perhaps it was extra work on her large physique to pull out the money. I did notice her panting heavily as I walked out. If a manger is reading this, you may want to hire someone who a) has a much more pleasant attitude and b) can actually walk a few steps without the risk of cardiac arrest. I’m sure the job title does require normal activity levels.

Worst experience at a 7 – 11 store. The price says 99 cents for a small refill up to 52 ounces and $ 1.3952 ounces or over. I bring up a refilled cup of 50 ounces and they try to charge me for a large. I explain the sign and ask why are you charging me for a large of which she has no answer. After insisting I pay the advertised price she says it’s $ 1.39 do you want it or not. I said not at that price. She grabs my cup dumps it out and says I should go to a different store. Avoid this store.

This location is always a pain in the tush to buy from. I went in to buy a snack and my buddy went in to buy a tall can. When he went to the register to get the key to unlock the freezer they asked for his i.d. which is understandable. When I went to the register to buy my snack he asked to see my i.d. as well. When I asked him why he needed to he stared at me blankly. I asked again. His response was«It’s store policy lady.» It’s store policy to see my i.d. for my non-alcoholic snack? I told him I wanted to check out and get cash back to which he said ok. He stands there. Uhhh hello, let’s check out. I tell him again and it finally occurs to him«Hey, I gotta scan the items before she can pay!» Avoid this location, it’s not worth the hassle.
