One star based on the customer service. I walked in with the intention buying a pair of pumps. Grabbed the ones I liked and asked if they were part of the sale, the young man said no, grabbed the pump from me and walked away. Didn’t even ask if I wanted a size even though I was still planning on buying them. So rude and apparently thought he was too good to assist me. Never shopping here again.

I came into this store to look at the gladiator sandals they had. I didn’t really did not find what I was looking for, but I did witness poor customer service. A girl came to return earrings that she just bought and couldn’t return them and she just wanted to speak to a manager and there was another lady there. The manager was in the back and he did not come out until the lady left. Idk … The customer service wasn’t good for a store like Aldo.

Every time I go the mall to go shopping, I mostly base it on customer service. I don’t know what the hell is going on with Aldo plaza bonita and Aldo fashion valley but no offense, I feel like the only reason these people show me NO acknowledgment is because of my race. Several other people who walked in that were the same race as the employee was greeted. Wow. I may be overdramatic but wth? I stood there for 10 minutes and not one out of 3 or 4 of the employees even looked my way. I’m a shoe fanatic and I LOVE ALDO but this location has lost my business.
