My sister bought a dress which you could clearly tell was cheaply made but I guess she thought it was too cute. Well trying on the dress the zipper got stuck so she took off the dress to fix the zipper and then it came off the track. Their return policy is ridiculous but I called before hand anyway and spoke with a man who turned out to be the owner/renter of the clothing side of the store. She had to get me to go pick her up and give her a ride up to the store. When we got there the owner/same man we spoke to on the phone looked at the dress and said he wouldn’t refund it and that it was her fault that the zipper had broke. The shoe side of the store was very helpful tho.

You get what you pay for. The shoes are cheap but I knew that going in. I’ve purchased a few pairs of shoes there and they’ve for the most part lasted. They carry brands like Bamboo and Dollhouse sometimes and I’ll usually go for those knowing that they tend to last a little longer. Most flats and sandals are $ 10 and then boots range in price and I think go up to $ 25 maybe $ 30. Will I recommend this place, yes but I do tell people you get what you pay for.

I was excited to see this new store open. I purchased a pair of boots, the same day I wore them the leather ripped. I then tried to exchange them for something else, the store has a no return or exchange policy. The manager was very rude and said too bad your on your own, we will not do anything. This store is a joke, prices are cheap because the shoes are cheaply made. STAYAWAY!!!
