I am retired from the plumbing business after 46 years, I know parts and what needs to be kept in stock, everytime I’m wondering around the other big box store looking for a plumbing part i think to myself why don’t you go to Dixieline they ALWAYS have what you need. Just happen again today, even the local plumbing supply house didn’t have what I needed, stop wasting your time go to Dixieline first. Ed Homer

The female staff at Customer Service was quite helpful. She spent time with me and never rushed me. I find that a few male workers at Customer Service are impatient and are«machos». God bless them and I hope they will realize that defect in themselves and reform. I wonder if that is a reflection from the Boss.

Great place to do business with. Frank Huerta and his team provide excellent service. Always looking out for you by looking for less expensive options, providing recommendations and lowering prices based on volume purchases.

Great customer service and friendly staff. It’s the time of year to develop patios, create beautiful landscapes and to improve your home. This is the place to shop for all your needs. Designing a one of a kind deck. Make this your first stop and you are half way there. Thanks Rudy for answering all my questions.

Rudest and worst customer service I have ever experienced. The supervisor Rudy couldn’t care less and didn’t do anything to fix the problem we had. We went to Another dixieline in La Mesa and they were able to help on whatever we needed. I would go to the La Mesa one again but never again will I return to the one in national city.

This is a cute little place for when you need a last minute tool. Their hours suck, but the customer service is splendid.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a hardware store in quite awhile. Will definitely be my first stop from now on!

Great customer service! They may not have as much stuff as a «big box» store, but they always seem to have what I’m looking for. I do all my own home repair and staff is knowledgable and frindly in helping with all my novice questions. Never over crowded and easy parking makes Dixeline my first stop for hardware shopping.

The relocated and swanky Dixieline. The first few weeks they had this location open the electrical kept cutting out. It was fun to have your order almost completed and then… It’s different than the others as this was built a Dixieline after the corporate take over of Westy’s and Handyman. The trussyard was removed from this location and sent off to National City’s lovely bayfront industrial zone. Well, this store is usually well stocked. The guys working here have been here since the inception of the buzzsaw. The girl’s up front are young and aren’t too terribly tattooed to turn off the elderly.(what is that chick’s bang mark supposed to be anyway? I only saw like half of it. And I ain’t a limited mental facility starer. We had this one kid(about 32 at the time) that used to come into our store. I always joked around with him and…; yes, I like no challenge. But, if a set of tits walked in, the conversation was over. He just started staring. And I mean a set of tits. If they were large and full appearing, he was drooling. I think a dude with pot boobs and a tight T shirt would have got his attention. Tony, go ride your skateboard.) Laid out like most of the others you’ll find what you need or can hit the order desk in the middle of the store and drive your vehicle around back to pick it up. Lots of cheap tools for the once in a while type.
