Very bad customer service. I came in around 10:30 am, no customers but me, 3 people in the counter, yet none of them acknowledge my presence. I spent good 10 mns having a hard time looking for my nephews game, I looked back at their counter to see if I can get their attention, they did see me but no hi, hello, whatsoever… So I left. Their lack of customer service cost them $ 50.00 — that’s how much I was gonna spend, oh well!

The only reason ill go there is because its convenient. Not because I want to. They act like a bunch of know it alls. And please when you are talking to me please look at me dont look at the ground and when I ask a question don’t change the subject. Asked if they’ve heard about x box coming out with a new version and this is how she responded… «Um…actually they are not. Play station is coming out with a new one.» All we wanted to know was if we should get a used x box and wait for the new one. UM actually… who talks like that?

Only reason I go here alot is because it is close to my house. There is one dumbass guy who works there that don’t know shit about video games. I once got in a debate with him about Resident Evil games and he said the older ones suck cuz of the controls, but I told him he just sucks ass at them(and he did). Bitch ass needs to go work elsewhere, like at a baby daycare, cuz I don’t want his filth near me everytime I buy a game. HEFUCKINSUCKS!

We called searching for a used copy of a current video game for XBox which none of the other Game Stop stores had in-stock. This store had it and we rushed over just before closing. The store staff member noticed that the used copy was damaged so he gave us a brand new game at the used cost cheerfully. Great customer service!
