My wife and I have been going to this gym for over a year. Staff is friendly and helpful we like it and it’s a good value for us.

Small but Decent. I was a member here for a while but it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. They have a lot of weights and weight machines but their cardio equipment isn’t all that great. They make up for this by having a lot of cardio classes, like boxing, yoga etc.
It is a small business and the owner is really nice. I would suggest this place to other people.
