This place is really expensive and the follow up is terrible. I had my tax’s prepared here and I have absolutely no confidence in the service they provided. I’m still waiting for my California return and it’s been almost a month:/

I Called in the afternoon during the middle of tax season and they were able to schedule us in that same afternoon. Soon after arriving, Lily, our tax preparer helped us right away. She was awesome — super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We were done very quickly and one of the other employees was even sweet enough to offer my kiddo a snack to keep him entertained. Will definitely go back to Lily next year!

How about NO STARS!
This place is a joke. We walked in, were greeted, waited 20 min to get service. Not bad. Then were seated, the tax preparer wasnt able to answer anybof my questions regarding school credits or any others at that. She would get up leave us and appear to have asked someone else. She would always say she wasnt sure. She then asked us to sign a paper, made me a bit uncomfortable becuz she looked new. When I asked her what the charge was, she kept dodging the andwer and instead insisted that we sign. I asked again the fee, $ 450 she replied!!! NO WAY !!! We walked out. Thats insane! No Thanks!!!
This place is a TAX TRAP.
