My 13 year old son has been getting his hair cut here at Hoa’s ever since he was a toddler. It’s been the same lady and guy barber all these years and I find comfort in that consistency. They do work fast so making sure his cut is straight and checking for strays is a must (which is the norm at any barber shop anyway).
They have 2 young boys running around that totally amplifies the family business feel. To me, at times, better entertainment than the Vietnamese singing show that’s usually on their mini tube tv.
Patient with kids, friendly, clean, and competive prices; A place I would hate to ever see go out of business.
Parking might be hectic (same plaza as Manila Seafood) and CASH ONLY.
