Hello! My name is Samantha! I’m 26 years old & have been in business since Oct.10.12. I found my love for baking during my courses at Southwestern College. Since then I’ve made it my mission to learn the new tricks & trades of the industry & craft baked goods that are made fresh, homemade & from scratch.

Baking has become my passion, therapy & it’s become a way of living. I love what I do & I’m truly passionate about becoming a competitor within the baking industry. Since 2009, I minored in Culinary Arts from Southwestern College in Chula Vista & majored in Hospitality & Tourism Management from California State University East Bay, March 2014.

It’s in the Filling! was born as a financial backup to help me get through school, since then my passion for baking & decorating has grown. I love a good challenge & since opening my business I’ve learned that nothing in this world is easy but with hard work & dedication anything is possible.
