Luxury Nails

over time this place has gone down in service, what they ALL need to understand is what you want, is what your paying for, (making suggestions is great not insisting u need that) they need to learn how to use there words and say if they don’t know how to do something, not wing it & get a client upset, they get mad when u don’t do what they want & start sounding aggressive in their language… I’ve been coming here for a decade, & I am not giving this place chances nomore, I’m done coming here.
*** The wait is horrible. suggest u go when they open, the only one that does acrylic great is Julie.

I’m sorry but first off only cash wish is fine but give me what I ask for 3 times because that’s enough for the amount of money I brought. Job was rushed and looks like I could of done it at home. Also felt like they were talking about me in their native tongue. Won’t be coming back.

I have been a customer here for about 18 years. I love Julie. she is the best! Highly recommend going to them! :)

This was my favorite place but tonight this lady Julie was so rude to me I got there late but she said was ok ! I guess she was upset or something but she make me wait 1 hr ! Omg Bshe did terrible job ! Never going back to that place! And I just notice th Julie has fungus n her left thumb ! That can be so contagious! very unsanitary!

Did a really good job the only reason I gave 4 stars is because the lady was pretty rude because she was eating when we walked in and we couldn’t understand her but we could tell she was annoyed and when she was doing my nails she burped and sordove blew it in my face. Yuuk! It was disgusting!!!

I was a faithful customer of this nail shop since I was a teenager, I moved out of the area so I have not been here for a while. This place is not bad depending on who does your nails when I used to go I had manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax with the tiny asian lady (I never got her name) but she was my favorite. Even when I moved out of the area I was still coming to this location. However, their customer service went down the minute the eyebrow guy had a stroke and could’t work anymore. Once the eyebrow guy was gone they had my favorite girl doing eyebrows, so sometimes I had to wait for her for a long time.
The last time I came to this location, I accepted to have my nails done by some young kid that works there, basically he was not happy about it and he had a grumpy face while doing my pedicure. I had to stop my pedicure with him and waited on my favorite girl. Since that day I never came back to this location not because of my favorite girl, but because the place changed a lot. For acrylic nails make sure you do them with Julie she is only good with acrylic nails do not get pedicures or manicures with her she is not good with pedicures or manicures.
Overall I do recomend this place, and maybe I will go back someday.

I got assisted right away and I did not have to do much explaining about what I wanted, once I showed her a example she knew what would be best for me. it’s nothing luxurious, honestly it’s, as said before, a whole in the wall, but the lady I got was attentive and very quick yet efficient. I will most likely be back.

Negatives: It’s a little whole in the wall area, No lounge type spa pedicure chairs, & that they say bad stuff about you in their language cause I’ve come in here w/​my sister one time & she understood what they were saying about some other girl in the nail salon.
Positives: Inexpensive, they have their own parking.
I come in here for pedicures a lot. $ 15 INCLUDING tip. Yaawp, try em out.

after driving around and calling three places to get a pedicure done they all said call me back in an hour. I didn’t have much time to spare so I drove there they only had two customers… I was iffy about it. but I have it a try we just needed a pedicures. I ended getting a full set of nails they don’t have spa chairs but the pedicure was totally awesome! I can’t wait till I go back awesome job ladies

First impression of the salon is not good. Parking is bad. I had to park down the street far away at the Burger King Parking lot. I went in because there were ok reviews. It is a dingy little place inside too.
I got my toes done here. The salon does not have any spa chairs so you put your feet in a bucket and get a half a** pedicure. Then when the woman put my feet in my sandals, she smudged the nail polish and was not going to fix it until I said something. Even then, all she did was glob more nail polish on the messed up toenail and did not re apply polish on the whole toenail.
Then I got my eyebrows done and the lady who does eyebrows (twee may) left the wax on too long and ripped off long strips of skin underneath both my eyebrows. It’s horrible. I will have scabs underneath my eyebrows until they heal. It’s embarrassing!
Do not come here!

Great place, staff very friendly. I think most of the nail shops in National City are very good so it’s hard to compare and say they’re the best, but the nail techs are very hard workers.
Owner is friendly, accomodates they public and waiting times aren’t too long. Keep up the good work.

BEAUTIFUL! My nails and toes turned out fabulous. Trinity did my fill. My nails were in bad condition and you would never know that after she finished with them. Mimi did my toes and she knew exactly what I wanted. They were attentive to my needs which I feel you can’t find much anymore. Clean and friendly environment was the bonus! Don’t let the outside fool you, I promise. I can’t wait to go back. I’m extremely happy with finding this place and plan to make it my permanent nail place.

This place is amazing!!! I been going for one month now and everytime I walked out happy. All I have to do is say what color I want and they put there own twists in it. No matter what they Ames and made sure you left happy. My all time favorite salon

my friend took me here to try it out, and i loved it they have lasted me two full weeks not just a few days like a lot of places that i have tried and been expensive, this place the prices are reasonable and the ladys are friendly iam going back to luxury nails :)

I have been getting my nails done there for many years and they are the best!!! Any of the three ladies there are great. I travel from Spring Valley to go there and would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

they have a nice big tv in there and the guy who does eyebrows is AMAZING, the only thing i dont like is the parking i almost scratched my car and they dont have any spa chairs :(all in all i love luxury nail salon the

4 stars — I have only had my eyebrows done here, so I’m not familiar with how they do nails.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the man who does eyebrows. He does an amazing job every time I get it done. You tell him how you want your eyebrows done and then after he waxes it, he takes tweezers and takes his time making sure it turns out the way you want it. I’ve had my eyebrows done by a lady there once on a busy night when the man wasn’t there. It was EH, I should of waited until he was in.
I liked my eyebrows to be a little thin but then he suggested that thicker eyebrows would look better for my frame and he was right.
$ 6 for eyebrow wax. Small parking, I suggest parking at Burger King. It’s a little walk to the shop.
Oh, I believe my friend said that hes always there on Tuesdays but call to make sure! :)
