I took my Mom to this doctor on 10−21−14. We spent a long time in the lobby filling out a multi-page health questionnaire, then someone took Mom’s blood pressure. When we were called to see the doctor he looked in Mom’s ears, said he would have to request a referral for a hearing test, shook hands, and left. Time actually seeing doctor and staff was five to ten minutes, tops. On 12−29−14 I called to find out status of request for hearing test. Answering machine said office was closed until 1−5−15. 1−5−15. Called to find out about hearing test and I was told I would have to do another request to the primary care physician. 2−3−15: I got a phone call asking me to set up an appointment for a hearing test. I explained we were in process of changing primary care physicians and they said that I should start over with the new primary care physician. 3−27−15: I got the«billing summary» from AARP United Health Care and it states that the doctor charged them $ 508 for an ‘initial patient visit’ which they estimated would take 45 minutes. Since most of that time we were in the waiting room filing out forms, I figure that’s a pretty good salary. That, added to the fact that it took them nearly four months to get around to setting up a hearing test, leads me to give this specialist a low score.

For starters this place is horrible… to put it lightly. .a nightmare. So when you make an appointment expect to wait at least a month or two. But if you have a insurance this dr favors you will get in quicker. if your appointment is at 10 be happy of your in by if you have an appointment expect for them to cancell on you and reschedule. Ohhh your authorization for this visit expired by the way cause of how long it took you to get in. Now that your in be careful to ask this dr any questions. He will just make you feel stupid and he wont want to explain it to you. they have a horrible staff that will put you on hold for evvvvvver. Thats if you get through they always have a busy tone. So they once called me to tell me my appointment was canceled due to the insurance not covering the visit. So i told the office staff i will double check on that and call them back. After contacting my insurance confirming the visit was cover i called back to the staff saying oh yes we called too and it is cover but we will have to schedule you 2 weeks from now. Such liars… talk to the manager… try it its the Drs wife. Its a joke a complete circus. I have been trying to get hearing aids for 2.5 years now and still have nothing. I changed dr. And the did everything in 1 visit for me and should get them within the month. From our experience with this facility is that they put the needs of their financials befor the needs of the patients. Its simple whichever insurance is better for them is the patient they will deal with… all others. …dont waste your time. This place is a joke .im embarrassed for them

Incompetent office. My daughter had an appointment on monday, the office called and rescheduled it to wednesday at 9. The woman who called to confirm said it was at 9;20, not 9. I show up with my 2 year old daughter at 9:10. By 10 she had still not even been called back. I waited a month for this appointment and finally just left. The waiting room was so full there were not enough seats for everyone. If this doctor regularly sees pediatric patients, you would never know. The waiting room is tiny and not in the least bit family friendly. He shares this tiny waiting room with a podiatrist. I left and will be requesting a referral to children’s hospital. I should have known better…

horrible horrible horrible horrible office staff answering the phone. put me on hold 3 different times for more than 3 minutes never ask me if I was willing to hold just said hold! then was unwilling to help me over the phone with my referral extension… isnt this how the doctor makes money and arent I a client or shall we say customer… why should I have to deal with my insurance when I’ve already dealt with my primary to get the referral… so far this place is awful I’ll review again on the actual doctor visit
