This McDonald’s is one of the more suspect ones because of location. I come here for their iced coffee which I feel was different the others I have. Service was slow and customer service was poor. Likely won’t back here unless I’m desperate for some McDonald’s. 1 star!

I stopped here on my way to work and ordered two specialty grilled chicken maple Dijon on two different bun types. Got to work and found one grilled and one breaded! No time to go out for more, long distance from store, hungry so ate breaded chicken. Took survey and rated highly dissatisfied. Looked at my order slip and confirmed 2 grilled. Looked at grill slip time and noticed grilled was at my order time and breaded was over 30 minutes earlier! Crew saved waste, but I don’t feel so good. Upset stomach and nausea. Not sure of their food storage quality and it was Certainly Not Made TOORDER!

Been here a few times, we hardly eat at mcdonalds but when we do we usually order mc muffins and chicken nuggets. They always have a funny taste. Last time we ate here My toddler complained of a stomach ache & later got sick. Never coming here again.

What a piece of shit I got. The fries were old nasty cold and I could taste the old oil. I ordered a egg mc muffin and received a mccrap. The presentation was ugly and it didn’t even have the m on the muffin the cheese all over and it looked like someone threw it up gross. If I’m eating cancer I at least want it to look good and taste good. Peace

They didn’t screw up my order(yay!) and upsold me on the nuggets(yay!) but this location is a little dirty(boo!). Once it slowed down, the cashier went and wiped down the dirty tables. Food came out quick and staff was nice.

Went here for lunch which happens to be Father’s Day. Daughter wanted a happy meal. I already treated my husband yesterday for lunch and dinner! Talk about being spoiled. LOL! Anyway, I ordered a large #4 which is the double quarter pounder with fries and a Coke for my husband. I get the medium #3 which is single quarter pounder with fries and a Coke zero. My daughter got the happy meal with a 4 piece chicken nugget with fries, apple slices and apple juice. It also comes with a toy. She loves getting the toy. The fries are always the best. It came out hot off the fryer. The burger was good. The only negative was there was only one register open but the guy taking the orders was fast. The line went fairly quickly. Location was clean. There is also a playground at this location. My daughter loves playing on the playground!

So I come here with my son so we can have dinner together and these assholes can’t even get my order correct. Really how hard is it to make a burger with no cheese. To hard for these people. When the cashier tells the kitchen they screwed up, all I see is smiling faces. Thank you for ruining my time with my son and thinking it’s something to smile about. I asked for a refund and the manager couldn’t give two shits. Will never come back here not even to use the restroom.

RUDE! Went through the drive thru for breakfast and the lady at the second window was VERYRUDE! Something that could be easily fixed(my order) turned into her aggressively arguing with me. If you want your day RUINED go here. ZEROSTARS!!!

I didn’t wanna write this review because I don’t want people to know I ate at McDonald’s but I just haaaaaaaaaaaad to. I came here because my Goddaughter wanted a happy meal and an ice cream so I said sure why not. First off, the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. It makes me wonder if there is a special bathroom in the back for just employees because holy sh*t, I am scarred for life after those bathrooms. Imagine 20 people using the same toilet and not flushing. Horrible. Second, I ordered an iced coffee and a McFlurry only to notice that they were literally filled ¾ of the way. If that were the case then they should have charged me ¾ of the actual price. They put a HUGE amount of ice in my coffee to make it look like there was more and they swirled the ice cream high enough to make it look like it was full too. I don’t know if that’s there way of trying to save money but seriously? Yep, I’ll still with packaged ice cream and Starbucks. Shame on you.

Out of my picks for quick fast food, I can’t say no to the same familiar taste and those amazing salty french fries as well as perfectly portioned dollar menu items. After grabbing some home décor at Ross the other day McDonald’s was the option chosen for a quick bite to eat since dinner wasn’t going to come any time soon. I think what stands out to me at this location is the drive thru employees on this particular day actually were cheerful, friendly, people who genuinely seemed to be happy to be at work. The guy who I paid, super nice. The girl who gave me my food not only complemented me on my glasses but told me to drive safely since it was raining cats and dogs. Thanks for that you guys.

SHITTESTMCDONALDSIVEEVERBEENTO! had to wait in the drive through for like 20 minutes, they charge extra for a damn squirt of sauce, and their burgers taste like shit. The workers are shit and know nothing about customer service, and treat customers terribly. c’mon, working at McDonalds can’t be that hard. I work at a restaurant myself, and I do a better job on a bad day. I will not be going back to this McDonalds anytime soon.

Not sure what happen to my taste buds, but I don’t remember hamburgers tasting as bad and tasteless. Hamburger patties are just plan boring and dry, oh wait it’s a fast food joint. I come for the fries plan and simple. Costumer service at the drive-thru messed up my ordered and heard four large fries instead of one… Dope! Minus One Star…

this is most definitely an improvement over the location on plaza. while it is farther away from my work… it is worthwhile to get my order right. plus it is next to walmart, target, old navy, party city etc… so i can grab a cheap $ 1 soda before/after my shopping! so far only used the drivethru… but no complains. fast, friendly and ACCURATE service.

Ok. I was shopping in the area and wanted a bite to eat. I haven’t had a Big Mac and fries in awhile and was hungry. Food was nice and fresh and hot. Wow I don’t remember it tasting this good? Maybe it was because I was hungry, but maybe not. They had free samples of the pineapple/mango smoothies. Whoa, brain freeze! That was pretty good too.

When I used to work National City this was my McD’s of choice. You guys remember when they had 29 cent(or was it 39 cents?) hamburgers ? I was all about it back then. Every single week my friends and I would go here just for that and would each order at least 10 per person. Haha I used to be thinner when I was eating like crap back then. Now I’m more health conscious but heavier and fatter. I just don’t get it.

Warning: I know better than to eat at a McDonalds. That being said, I saw a commercial on Univision. The woman eating the Big Mac was in heaven. The ad ends with«me encanta.» I remembered what Big Mac’s tasted like. I decide I want one. So I get hungry, so hungry my higher cognitive functions are turned off and I am able to drive my car to McDonalds. I order the Number one meal: Big Mac, fries and ice tea. This is as basic as it gets right? This is what Micky D’s is known for: Big Mac and fries. This is what you go there for. I fork over $ 6.41 for the meal. It seemed like it was less the last time I went for this gastronomic experience. I start eating the fries. They were hot, that is a good sign. BUT, they didn’t taste right out of the fat fresh. They tasted heat lamp hot. Now, I could be wrong and the fries were just plain bad for other reasons. I don’t know. All I know, the restaurant built on fries can’t make them decent. Bottom line, if you can’t make fries you got problems. Next, I eat the Big Mac. It didn’t taste like a Big Mac used to. It was so far worse that I had to wonder if McDonalds found a way to reduce the cost by taking out all the flavor. So here is where I am going to leave this. If someone gets a weather report from hell and it is frozen, email me, and I will run over to the nearest McDonalds, otherwise you will not see me there again, ever ever ever!!! WARNING: Map for this place is wrong! If after reading this you are inspired to eat here, it is south of the South Bay Freeway not north. It sits in the north pasture of Golden Arrow Dairy not Westy’s woodpile(for the nostalgic types).
