I know — strange to write a review about a funeral home, right? But these types of things are so important.
I recently had a sudden loss in the family and had to single-​handedly arrange for services for my younger brother. My family has never gone through this kind of experience before. This was the first place I called, and after looking up prices for a few other places, I decided to go with National City Mortuary.
The young lady that helped me — Brenda had a very compassionate and calm manner about her and I immediately felt comfortable working with her. I sort of anticipated someone in her position being a bit jaded or unsympathetic, but she was not at all. She answered all of my questions patiently and told me that she was on call 24 – 7 should I need her. Everything was taken care of as expected and she kept in contact with me the whole time. My mother loved her also and it was a blessing to have her help us!
