Here we go again PATTY, RUDY, and Manny! I guess third times a charm huh? Actually 4 but who’s counting? You should not mess up a contract that many times to where it causes a couple to go out of their way and waste their gas. I take off of work to sign this contract again and i compare the the one i signed before to the new one because WHO KNOWS, THEY MIGHT HAVE INCREASED THE INTEREST LIKE THEY DID THE FIRST TIME. I sign the contract and RUDY says ok just have your wife come down. My wife comes down and PATTY TELLS RUDY NO THAT BOTH OF US HAVE TO BE THERE. This time i get that phone call from my wife and i’m pissed. I really do not understand how a bunch of screw ups have such a job, i really don’t. PATTY tells me i’m sorry that we will fill up both cars and the day they want us to come in and sign the contract again YOU GUESSED IT! LIED AGAIN! This is the absolute worst car dealership in San Diego. The word is already out in my command, so good luck with this sad excuse for a business.

Thank you so much to Rudy ! I was a first tie car buyer and he made the process quick and easy. He gave me a deal like I was his own daughter, I love the car… 2007 Nissan Sentra. It didn’t take long to get approved or get an offer from the bank, the paper work went smoothly. It was the ideal car buying experience.

We went to perry ford of national city used car super center we purchased our 2014 ford focus from Patty and Manny at the used car super center back in October of 2014. They are very reasonable and respectful people also very kind hearted and put a lot of care in to the customer service that they provide you with. Both of them will fight for you to get in to a car that you like if you have bad Credit trust me you will not regret buying from Patty and Manny plus the whole entire super center sales team. Very happy with our purchased. They don’t put pressure on you to buy a car. Because if the awesome service that they provide us with we went back to purchase another car from them after shopping around at other used car dealerships in the San Diego area I highly recommend to buy from these guy’s for a new car or a used car they will go the extra mile to make sure you are pleased with everything. We decided to go ahead and buy another car from these guy’s. We looked around the lot for a long time and Manny and Patty are two sales rep were very patient with us sense we spent a long time looking for the write car thst is in a good condition to finance we finally went with a 2006 infiniti from the perry auto group infinity store up in Escondido. We did not have to go up there ourselves to get the car Patty, Manny and Myra went out if there way to make sure we will get that car the next day. We did. The next got the car and just did not like it wasn’t the car for us Nothing wrong with just not the right fit. So we told Manny that it is not going to work out for us and he was like okay no problem we can take it back with no problems and get you out of the contract. So the next day we went in to perry ford of national city and saw Patty the sales manager and we told her if we can get in to a car that was a better fit and she was very nice about it and respectful very sweet about the whole situation. We saw another sales person by the name of Myra very sweet girl and also very respectful on what the customer is looking and also very good with people and communicating with the customer. Let me tell you, Patty the sales manager, is doing a great job by training her employees in good manners. We been to a lot of other car dealers and the people are very rude to you. So we decide to look one more time on the lot and Myra showed us around sense Manny was not there dealing with other customers when we were there. And we did not find anything that we liked. So we left and then the next day came we saw a 2006 bmw 328 I that was something we can see ourselves driving as a second car. We told Manny and Patty about it and they told us okay let’s see what we can do with that one .we told them okay no problem and that car was another one of perry auto groups different dealership. So we had to see if we can get transfer down here to San Diego. Let me tell you people Patty, Manny, Myra went way out of the call of duty to make sure we get this car. So the next day we arrange to go up to San Luis obisbo to get the car. We road tripped up there with Myra that was a blast to be on a 5 Hours road trip with a stranger the overall drive was safe and she always asked us if we need water or anything like that or if we wanted to stop for food and if we were comfortable in the car. She went way of her way to satisfy the customer. Drives very safe and always do the speed limit not in hurry sense she is also a sales person also at the same lot as Manny and Patty. Very nice and sweet girl. We get up there and we saw the car amd it is one car that we want very nice and clean car for the price.

This place is a joke. if ur seriously consider buying a car here I feel so sorry for you .you see anywhere from 3 to 5 ppl on the sidewalk with signs how each of them either got rip-​off with a lemon, lied to, charged up the wahoo for parts not even needed… appointments are u kidding me, good luck with the 8 am appointment for oil change ur lucky if u leave by noon. always check oil after changing here as I witnessed ppl while waiting how there oil level is low after changing an discovering it still has the same old oil filter which on paperwork says been changed for new one… or how u need to change a part because it’s dangerous to drive… then they charge you a crazy price not the one quoted. .my personal exp. my car was overheating I took it to perry since I purchased the full maintenance package when I bought the 2010 used car. well to my surprise it didn’t cover the faulty sensor. I was told it would cost me frm $ 300 to $ 400 for part & labor, which I gracefully decline, a day later got a second opinion frm of all ppl autozone employee, he told me it’s not the sensor but the dual thermostat in my engine cost $ 24.95 + tax I installed myself in 30min. with my very limited knowledge of auto repair… never had a heating problem again. very shady in the service dept. .if u want to get ripoff come here they know all the tricks in the book

Mike Perez, Kurt, and Tony in service were really awesome, and they really took care of me. I bought a 2008 Altima that had a couple issues with the headlight and door and they got them fixed promptly and with awesome customer service.
My buying experience was very pleasant even with less than perfect credit. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new ride.

I made an appt for an oil change. Come to find out– you are making an appt for a check in time. The service time is first come first serve. Three hours for an oil change on a Friday morning. Reality is — go somewhere else OR get here earlier. BUT why make an appt when its still first come first serve??? Or! When I made the appt– tell me its first come first serve!

I have read a lot of the reviews from other people who post here on this dealership especially the bad ones. When I spoke to the dealers about them, they would tell me a different story. All I know is there’s always going to be two sides to every story. Whether either of them is right is left to your opinion. Dealing with any dealership is going to be a hit or miss. After reading these reviews I was quite nervous in buying my first (sports car) 2014 mustang gt premium california special, thinking that there could be foul play by the dealers HOWEVER by the time I left the lot my only complaint was the amount of time it took which was close to three hours. Sam, Kamaron, and Myra were very friendly and helpful. Since I didn’t want to haggle, I had a good deal by going thru
which I highly recommend any car buyer to go. Your guaranteed that you will not overpay for your car. Perry Ford was True Car certified which is one of the reasons I went, plus this is a perfect time to go buy a 2014 mustang before the 2015 arrives because it will be awhile to get those great rebates and discounts. Zach who was in charged with internet sales gave me a really good deal on the price he quoted me it was an offer I couldn’t pass up. He left about a week before I arrived to pick up my car and Sam took over. Despite Sam’s trying to fill Zach’s large shoes he was very helpful. I then went thru Kamaron who I filled the final paperwork and gave my loan too, he was very friendly and helpful. He sensed my nervousness but he assured me I was in good hands. Myra then gave me a crash course in learning about the features of the car’s interior. and answered all of my questions. I do recommend key points so that your experience can be as pleasant as mine. Go thru truecar and if you have USAA or Geico, Costco, or NavyFed you will get a great deal on the car you want and will not overpay. After you get the outdoor price, get your car finance from the bank and not the dealership. Its not this dealer in particular but its sort of a golden rule when you buy a car from any dealership its best to deal with your bank. If you plan to have the dealership finance your car (which I highly don’t recommend) READ your contract carefully ESPECIALLY the fine print on the back. And finally stay with the deal you agreed on unless they offer you or qualify more discounts. There was no foul play or haggling from my experience with them. It has been a pleasant experience. I do recommend this dealership to anyone if you take the recommendations I have made when buying a car there.

I don’t normally put up reviews but strongly feel the need since there seems to be a lot of misleading and bait and switching going on here. Here is my best attempt at articulating my experience.
If you want follow thru and being kept in the loop don’t expect one. You’ll be told things one day and the story completely changes usually in a span of an 24 hrs. I was told on a Saturday, you’ll be driving in a vehicle tomorrow to oh it’s Sunday and the banks are closed. I get that my credit isn’t very good but to be lead in a manor that has one alter their schedule because you are told you’ll have to be here for a couple of hours just doesn’t seem like a typical buying experience. I would have rather been told that you’d just be a waste of time rather than strung along just to get the rug pulled from under you. Harry seems like he’s helpful but often forgets what you have told him in previous conversations, causing the impression of Perry National City to be a low budget poorly ran organization. I believe that is not the case but I can’t say for sure since I opted not to go physically to this establishment. My final conversation with Harry left me thinking that I truly am wasting their time and should forget about getting a car. Since I have poor credit and very little down. I reminded him that he agreed to call me at 10am and plan on altering my plans to accommodate what they needed. To which he seemed to overlook now that it was 1pm and I was calling him. To which he tried to explain to me that they are at the mercy of banks and they can’t dictate if you can even get the car you are thinking about. I’m pretty sure he was referring to a vehicle I saw on the website for Perry Ford of National City which I cross referenced to be there since I also saw the same vehicle on auto trader and in their online advertisement but conceded the day before because Harry was adamant that they did not have it on the lot because the website is tied all the other Perry dealerships in San Diego County. It is a shame that the phone conversation was not recorded on my end so that this doesn’t sound like a disgruntled he said she said ordeal. Needless to say this establishment isn’t a place I would recommend to my worst enemy.
Business practices are poor according to Harry since «our website doesn’t update but once a week so you wanna come to the lot and see the thousands of cars we have» customer service is nil, frankly if you would like to be treated as an uneducated consumer than maybe this is the place for you. While I may understand that I may not be helped due to my credit situation I would think the treatment of people can be improved, so I felt compelled to share.

I recently wanted to purchase a used Ford F150 from Perry Fords used car lot. They ran an ad on Craigslist I called the salesman said its in great shape we checked it completely out. The salesman was so pushy saying if he doesn’t meet his end of the month sales and make this deal his boss is not going to be happy with him. He was so irritating I left and said let me think about it overnight. The next day they dropped the price, so I said I will come down but I want to deal with someone else. So I deal with the used car manager from now on. I get down there drive the truck and tell him I promised to go down and look at one more truck before making my decision. They understood and said I hope it is still here when you get back. So the next day they call me and asked if I bought the other one. I said no I am still looking. They said come down and we will drop the price to do the deal. I said great I am on my way. I get down there the truck is just pulling up and I said go ahead let’s do this deal. My friend that drove me down there was going through it with me. He said fire it up. I did he said hit the A/​c and check everything out. A/​C didn’t work so I turned the truck off went inside and asked that truck has been checked out? They said yes! I said wouldn’t the defroster, A/​C and fan be on that check list? They said yeah! I said good because none of it works, so I no longer want that truck. They had a Ridgeline I asked about. They said yes they had it in but it’s not out yet. I said well when it is let me know I am interested in that one if it’s all good and checks out. He says come down tomorrow and I make sure you’re going home in it. I get down there and he is off. They bring the ridge line out and their was not one side or end of that truck that scratched or dented. It even still had the previous owners loco on it. Really! Come on.
