Just left the place 20 minutes ago and it was fairly busy. However, they should not have been that disorganized. They were running from phone to phone and leaving the customer at the counter hanging for 5 minutes or more. To add on, they were bickering with each other and made the atmosphere feel really awkward. ONTOPOFTHAT, they said my boyfriend’s prescription was only going to take 45 minutes and even that time span wasn’t okay with me since we previously waited 4 hours at a clinic and I couldn’t cope with having to wait for anything any longer. They called other people’s name that were sitting down to let them know their prescription was ready, but I just had to be that one person they forgot to call. The lady simply laughed it off and said«Sorry about that.» So to sum it up, we waited an hour and nearly half an hour for something that was made and was just ONECALLAWAY. Had I known I was going to waste more of my time today, I would have asked to pick it up tomorrow. This place deserves a one because of its poor customer service and disorganized environment.

Dropped off scripts at 330pm, said it’ll be done in an hour, 2hrs later, they haven’t started filling scripts. SMH!!!

I was actually surprised at the rudeness of the employee there tonight. I called earlier that day to find out if I could pick up my photos that have been ready for a few days already(but since I don’t finish work until after the photo desk closes I wasn’t sure if I could just pick up photos or if I would have to wait until they reopened the next day). The person I spoke to that afternoon in the photo department said that of course I could pick them up, Walgreens is 24hrs and all they have to do is find the photos and ring them up at the register. After work around 11pm I went, the guy saw me standing next to the photo desk and yelled across the store that the photo desk is closed. I replied that I understand it is closed(duh!) but that I’m just there to pickup. The guy repeated its closed and rolled his eyes said there’s no one available to help me. Talk about having poor customer service.

The pharmacy department is slow and seems disorganized. Nothing is ever ready when it’s supposed to be. You always have to wait. It seems like they don’t do any thing until you are there and waiting.

Probably the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too(including HI, NV, SC, GA, AZ to name a few states) in regards to customer service and cleanliness. Went today after running some errands in nasty city. First there’s a beggar outside, which management seemed to do nothing about after being informed as she was still there an hour later. They don’t understand their own promotions. God forbid you use one coupon, they tell you they can’t take it even through it’s not expired and meets the requirements of both the sale and coupon itself. Try using a Catalina they print out-won’t work. Stood there for 15 minutes while they were trying to figure out how to input a high value Catalina, instead of just manually inputting it. Workers have NO respect for customers and managers. The head manager fixed an issue I had, only for the cashier to keep saying things to me and him. Who’s in charge here-cashier or manager? Exactly. Long story short, go to another location. I’ve never had a single issue at the Eastlake location and will continue to go there instead, even if I’m in the area of this one.

Worst service received here. My husband was discharge and took the prescription here. The pharmacist fail to contact the ER doctor to get authorization over the phone and to be able to fill the medication my husband needed. Pharmacist made me drive back to the hospital and to get a new prescription. Mean whole my husband continued with pain. Lazy as workers. Even the doctor at the ER stated that pharmacist should have called them directly. :(so irritating to get this type of people when you have a love one on pain needing to take medication.

Come here to get my prescriptions. It can get pretty busy because sometimes they only have one or two cashiers working so the line can get pretty backed up. The pharmacy in the back gets pretty backed up too, so be prepared to wait. You can also pick up your prescriptions going through the drive thru. I’d say majority of the time there are homeless people hanging out in the parking lot, but they’re not dangerous. If you don’t bother them, they won’t bother you. They’ve never bothered me. Store is clean and usually well organized. The girls who work here are really nice. Things here are definitely more expensive than some other places, but that’s to be expected for a drug store(Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid). If you have the extra time and the energy to spend on the people of Walmart, head there for your supplies because things are significantly cheaper.

Everything here is overpriced, are people actually buying things from here? And the pharmacy line is always at least 5 – 7 people every time I went. Better luck buying things online and going through drive-through for the pharmacy.

New pharmacy hours with understaffed register people = zit in your nose when your sick. Total painful experience trying to get a prescription filled for a strained back. Only thing stopping me from coming back is the fact they have my prescription on file. If you can get anywhere else do it. I work in customer service and they have no care whether or not you care. I will gladly only get sick or hurt during pharmacy hours because that’s totally reasonable.

The drive thru is ridiculously slow !!! But on the weekend I’ve gone two times there is a older male pharmacist, he was extremely professional and very nice filled my prescription right on spot w/o waiting !! Two times I’ve had to wait for antibiotics to come in and it took over a week !! The place is poorly managed and just extremely slow!

Bad news: the pharmacy is no longer open 24 hours. I found this out around midnight after a long shift at work. Good news: There’s no longer any reason to subject yourself to their rude pharmacy technicians, 30+ minute phone hold times, and frequent prescription errors. Time to find a better pharmacy. Or, well, any other pharmacy.

Now if you ever heard the saying what goes on in the family stays in the family… yeh?.. Positives: I was at the Photo Dept. I didn’t have a port to transfer photos to the machine. The photo clerk had one available and wAs more the willing to help :0) and anyone else for the matter. Negatives: Overheard Manager talking rudely about other customers and associates to another. Now I’m all for venting– and I know how customers can be– but be discrete — it’s not everyone’s business to know yours. And pharmacy was backed up. Pretty typical– it’s rush hour. But why keep advertising flu shot over the speakers when your multi tasking & communication skills is so broke you can’t even afford to pay attention to one customer!!! Get it to– gether!

Great for late night runs when you’re feeling sick and out of sorts. Great seasonal items, especially during the holiday season.

The rating should be a no star!!! I called in my father-in-laws prescription yesterday, waited on hold for 30+ minutes, they answered and hanged up right away. Maybe it was a mistake, so, I called the next day(today) they hanged up again. I called back and still on hold for almost 30 minutes now, with still 1 caller ahead of me. This father-in-laws BP medication. Rewind back, this is only the part of the problem. They gave us the discontinued medication couple of days ago. They supposed to give us the new ordered meds. These pharmacist are getting paid a lot of money because they deal with people’s lives. Unbelievable!!!

HORRIBLE customer service at the pharmacy! If I could leave this place 0 out of 5 stars I would. Dropped off a prescription for my grandmas medication at around 1pm and I was told that it would be ready by 3pm… Well it’s 5:02pm and I’m still waiting for the medicine. The service here is so bad. The reason why the medication gets pushed out so slow is because the pharmacy tech workers take their slow time ringing up the customers and in between they like to talk to each other about the dumbest smallest things. The line is ridiculously long right now and the waiting area is completely full. I would suggest that you go to a different pharmacy. This is my first and last time coming to this one. A four hour wait for medication is just ridiculous.

The pharmacy department NEVER answers the phone!!! I’ve been on hold for more than 25 min and finally had to hang up. I ended up going in person and saw that it was empty. Yet the lights on their phones were blinking and no one answering them. AWEFULSERVICE!!!

This is a review for the PHARMACYONLY. Every month for the past six months I need to fill a prescription for Accutane. Each month the pharmacist or pharmacist assistant claims that they do not have the prescription. Each month I watch my doctor from the office electronically request my prescription. Every month I call to verify this and they claim they never have filled this prescription for me. Once I actually went in to ask, again the denied it after an hour of arguing the prescription was already printed and in front of their computer to be filled — they apologize and advised they did not know how it got there. Unorganized, Rude and Unprofessional. I only continue to come here due to the fact that they are 24 hours and is close to my home. Thank goodness this my last dosage and I do not have to use them again.

Walgreens did OK at the photo section when I needed a passport photo. However, I needed a prescription refill and they ran out of my medicine. I was told the meds would be delivered the next day and I could pick up my prescription at 9am. NOT! I arrived at 1:00pm, waited in line and was told that the meds had«just arrived» and it would only take«5−10» minutes to get them packaged for me. It ended up taking 20 – 25 minutes. The pharmacy group was processing prescriptions for quite a few other customers who must’ve told them they were waiting, but no one came up after they paged several other customers before they noticed me standing there, arms akimbo, quite impatient. This would be the last Walgreens of choice as far as I’m concerned.
