Place is legit… met up with some friends at Nat’l Harbor and parked at a parking garage. My car desperately needed a carwash… so i decided to kill 2 birds with one stone. They handwashed my car while I ate lunch (inside and out) and validated my parking. Awesome service! $ 40 wash and vacuum and validated my parking $ 10. Wil attach a pic of the final product.

Came here because my baby’s car was in serious need of TLC (TENDER, LOVE, CARE). Read some of the reviews and decided to give them a try. Alexandria has little to no car detailing lots. It’s located on the National Haboir. I was a little confused trying to navigate the location but its pretty easy. Drive to the Mariner Parking Garage and go to lower level 1. You’ll spot the building with bright blue lights.
The guys were super sweet, I immediately felt I could leave my baby in their care. They have a cute waiting area. The owner offered to play me a movie while I waited and gave me the choices between comedy and action. Comedy is it!
I picked the basic wash for $ 19.99 minus the five dollar check in deal. Car looked brand spanking new when they returned the keys to me. Best $ 15 I’ve ever spent.

I had issues finding this car wash, even after I called twice for exact directions, I was still confused – but I’m often confused with the simplest locales, so it was not this venue’s fault, ha! However, I’ve actually never heard of an underground parking car wash before either, hahaha. But I suppose it works due to the business validating free parking with any car wash selection.
There were two gentlemen the day I went hand-washing all of the vehicles. They were really doing a good job. I opted for Package #2, Hand-wash, wax and vacuum.
I dropped the car off at 12pm and asked how long before it would be ready. The guy informed only an hour. However, when I returned at 1pm, they were not finished. I actually had to walk out to the washing area and inform them at 1:30pm that, although they were doing a great job, I had to leave. Hence the 4 stars, due to timing inconvenience.
But overall they did an excellent, detailed job. I would give them another try, definitely.

They do an amazing job! I went in the morning and got an early bird special for $ 2 off of the $ 20 basic package which covers washing my car and cleaning the inside. They offered to validate parking but I work in the building so I already park for free. The manager is very friendly and is there all of the time. He is a young man who is very grateful and friendly, I was surprised he was so young but I love supporting small businesses. Support small businesses and get your car cleaned here!

This place is so not worth the money. If you use a groupon, they charge you for parking and two hours in the garage is an extra $ 10. Additionally, the staff seemed confused by the options they were providing. The whole operation seemed sketchy. Avoid.

I went today and got my car wash, the guys did a good job on my car, they were friendly. And it didn’t take too long, they hand washed it.
