Femion reached out to us shortly after we filled out an inquiry on NAEBA, in search of a buyers agent. He proved within minutes he would be working hands on with us every step of the way to get us into a home. During our first meeting, he even followed up with a sellers agent we were trying to get a hold of on a listing and got us scheduled for a tour. He’s immensely considerate, patient, available, professional, meticulous and thorough. Not only did he find us a home, we closed within a month and half of our first meeting with him. Femion gave us the names and numbers for the mortgage companies, home inspectors, closing lawyers, etc that he recommended and none disappointed. He made home buying as minimally stressful as possible and consistently reassured us with explaining all the complicated details along the way. Femion did every walk through, every inspection and was there with us up until closing and followed up after to make sure there was nothing else he could do for us, out of pure consideration. We would recommend Femion, without hesitation time and time again.

Femion was our buyer’s agent for a 1000 sq. ft. apartment in a Somerville triple-​decker near Tufts. We did not have much knowledge of the Cambridge/​Somerville market going in and without Femion we would have been lost. During the search, he understood what we wanted right away and pointed us not only to places that checked all of our boxes, but also to other neighborhoods that we weren’t familiar with that could potentially interest us. Once we found a place that we were ready to make an offer on, Femion knew how to put our best foot forward so that the seller would take note. He also helped us negotiate with the sellers to get a more reasonable closing date that wouldn’t rush us. We learned one month after closing on our apartment, that an apartment that we visited of the same size and on the same street less than a 5-​min walk from ours, went for $ 70k more. What more could you want?

May 18^th: offer made on the first and only apartment
May 20^th: offer accepted after beating out ~15 other offers (with two offers being higher than ours)
June 19^th: successful closing

Femion is very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, we were looking for someone to guide us through the process and Femion was everything we expected. He made time for us in the weekends and evenings and didn’t shy away from giving us his opinion of properties.
He was also very good at explaining and handling the paperwork. He never pressured us to do anything and interfaced with the sellers very well to get a favorable deal for us.

I was introduced to Femion via a colleague who raved about Femion’s understanding of the local real estate markets. I have to say we were a little intimidated after hearing nightmare stories about home buying in general and how different institutions would request the same paper work multiple times. We still cant believe it was as easy as Femion made it. He communicates really well and the contacts we worked with share that philosophy and they re all there to patiently answer any question you may have. My wife and I absolutely loved working with Femion who was prompt in responding to us without exception and if for some reason he was going to be tied up he would let us know ahead of time. Femion more often than not would show up ahead of time for meetings and the latest he would arrive for appointments was on time.
Another great thing about Femion is his list of contacts from lenders to inspectors. He provided us with a list for each and we did our own research using Unilocal and other online reviews to pick the one we liked. Femion was always honest regarding his assessments of a property and it was his diligence, negotiating skills and strategic thinking that got us the home we wanted. Femion takes great pains to understand what you are looking for, your home style preference and why you are looking at certain areas. He has a lot of great information on upcoming properties (inventory or sale) and will sometimes ask you to wait or move quickly depending on the situation. All in all it was a tremendous experience, don’t let his easy going demeanor fool you, he works tirelessly to get you what you need.

No pressure in the slightest. Easy to work with, very personable, extremely competent. He is everything you would want in an agent. He will get you the house and save you dough. And when your loan officer is making life difficult, he keeps you positive and stays on hand and in the loop. He never, ever lets the ball drop. You will feel that you have the best buyer’s agent and yet it doesn’t cost you a dime. His agency is comprised of all lawyers but they do not list properties so your time isn’t wasted being shown listings that could be deemed a conflict of interest. Just meet him once and you will see how having him in your corner is peace of mind.
