We have been buying our christmas tress here for years, as well as our garden plants and shrubs. I always trust what the owner Joe has recommended and he has never let me down. He knows more than most. He treats his plants with great care so you know when you buy them they are as healthy as they can be. He is always willing to share plant care info with you. Check it out!

I was searching for the perfect tree to plant in the corner of my new house. After making numerous frustrating calls to local garden centers in the area, I found Hillcrest via Unilocal.Rob was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and directed me to possibilities for my tree. I visited soon after and picked from the choices available, and Rob helped to me choose more plants from their unique display for my shady plant beds. Delivery was extremely reasonable for my 7′, 300 lb tree, and they even helped me to remove the tree from its huge pot! Thanks so much for my beautiful tree; I’ll be visiting again soon!

This is one of the best nursery’s around!!! Situated in Needham Ctr. Around an old Beautiful home, the setting is charming as well as serene! They have a great selection of trees, shrubs, annuals and perennials as well as everything else a gardener may need. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Check it out at christmas time when they sell the most beautiful wreaths(that they custom make) and great Christmas trees. Truly a treasure… Needham is lucky to have!

Family-owned, very knowledgeable and nice. No «superior gardener» attitude at all, and happy to give advice. Good selection for a small place and very reasonable prices. Nice quality stock much cheaper than say, Weston Nurseries(which is an amazing place, but a little like going to a Lexus dealership when you can really only afford a Hyundai). Get a cone at Abbott’s and take a stroll!

I stumbled on this little nursery by accident when I was looking around Needham. Plants are organized in a way to wrap around a white house on the property. I bought some beautiful impatiens not too expensively, but coveted a flowering dogwood. I will go back this year and get one, or something else. The staff person(owner? who knows?) was very knowledgeable about the trees and shrubs and I have been waiting for spring to make another visit. I think they sell Christmas trees in the winter.
