horrible!!! mike came over and provided me with a verbal estimate for work i was looking to have done as well as an approximate date as to when he could fit the work in. within several days the number he provided me as an estimate, was still in my head and i was looking for the numbers to be put on paper so i emailed him for a written estimate, which i never received. several weeks later i attempted to contact mike again with regard to the work being done to see if we were still on schedule as well as to inform him that one of the several projects i was looking to have completed no longer needed to be done as my dad had taken over that project. again no response. another week or 2 passed and i send a text message to mike, again checking to see if the work is still on schedule, and again, no response. this is not the way to run a business. if something changes, not replying to a customer is horrible business sense and i WILLNEVERRECOMMENDTHISPERSONFORWORK —– QUITETHEOPPOSITE… I TELLEVERYONEABOUTTHISHORRIBLEEXPERIENCE I HAVEHADWITHJACOBSENHANDYMANSERVICES
