Sam’s Cellar Bar & Oven is a historic bar with a modern twist. Since 2006, we’ve been bringing great food, drinks, and service to Neosho.
Located on the historic Neosho Square, we pride ourselves on serving savory dishes and specialty cocktails. Our customers love our signature drinks, like our Missouri Mule, and our signature shots, like our Whipped Pretzel. History
Established in 2006.
Sam’s Cellar Bar & Oven has been serving Neosho since 2006. Our location is rich in history — Sam Wolfinbarger was the original proprietor of Sam’s Cellar. He opened the bar in the early 40’s to primarily serve the soldiers stationed at Camp Crowder. Sam originally had a luncheonette on the street level and the bar was down stairs.
Our present-day mission is to provide delicious food and great drinks in a friendly environment. With over 10 years of success, we look forward to adding you to our long history of happy customers

Deena Beckham-Richardson has been in the bar and restaurant industry for over several years. Growing up, Deena had an interest in culinary arts that persisted into adulthood. Naturally, Deena chose to work in the restaurant industry. Deena enjoys being able to serve the public at Sam’s Cellar Bar & Oven where service is the driving force of the business. Deena hopes to provide you with such a positive experience you’ll remember to return to Sam’s Cellar Bar & Oven when you’re in need of a great meal and drink.
