My husband and I had my mother in law sent to hooper and weaver mortuary after she passed. They were to ready her body and have her sent to Oklahoma and that it would be a closed casket. On receiving her body the mortuary in Oklahoma were shocked to find her body in the worse preservation they had ever seen. We had spent a lot of money to have her prepared, shipped and an expensive casket, they new it was a closed casket so obviously they did a rushed job. The only saving grace was the lady in the office was extremely helpful working with the insurance company. We never complain ed but I vowed I would tell everyone I heard that would use this company I would tell her story and you can decide
