History

Established in 2012.

We select the freshest fruits, premium nuts, freshly ground aromatic spices, organic dairy products, all natural rich cocoa, and gourmet Belgian chocolate to create our cupcakes. We do not add any artificial flavors, colors (except in fondant decorations), or preservatives. We love all natural, organic, and local finds! Our hope is to create desserts with simplicity in ingredients and unforgettable flavors.

I loved watching my mom cook. I admired how she never used a measuring cup, never used modern kitchen gadgets we have today, never followed a recipe book and still came up with something irresistible and delicious. I fell in love with every sweet delicacy she prepared. For me, dessert was the best part of a meal.

I grew up in a family where living a healthy lifestyle was a priority. My parents cooked meals made of only fresh, organic and natural ingredients. The passion I have for living a healthy lifestyle was something I wanted to pass down to my own children and now I want to share it with you. Each and every delicious dessert is baked with these healthy ideals in mind.

I decided to continue the legacy of my mother by opening up my own bakery, Cupnest. Just as birds pick only the best twigs to build their nest, we use only the best ingredients to build our desserts. Every ingredient that goes in our cupcakes is chosen with the same sense of love and care used in my mom’s kitchen.
