This is basically a Kroger branded convenience store. It is okay for essentials like eggs, milk, and dry goods. Overall the selection is very limited. They also recently turned their customer service desk into a quick check cashing and bill pay service desk. The customer service desk is directly next to the self-check out lanes and there are now constantly clusters of seedy looking people standing around that area of the store. I recommend driving the extra mile to the State Street location.

I love this Kroger. They aren’t as big as the other stores but they have a good selection and are really friendly.

This location covers a little less square footage than most others. That’s not a bad thing, mind you. I don’t relish the idea of a two week expedition into the frozen food department. It’s usually a little less crowded than the location from hell over on State Street and the staff is much more friendly and helpful. The selection is decent and the shelves are usually well stocked. The produce department can sometimes be a little limp so you may have to handle the fruit to get a good firm product without blemishes. The fruit won’t mind. It’s slutty that way. Be sure to wash it well once you get it home.

Quiet Kroger away from the more populated city of Louisville, I miss Kroger and the LARGESPACIOUS stores as well as their natural hair care line called Mirra. Also the prices are amazing compared to anything you find up here — large bag of frozen veggies for less than a buck… with a variety. Here in NYC, its the same damn, BORING mix — peas, carrots and green beans. Seriously? Oh Kroger how I miss thee… and Jeff, loveable, quirky Jeff who was normally working during my 4am trek to the store(to avoid the crowd heh). The 3 stars for the fact that they are a smaller store in comparison to the one in Clarksville and the locations across the bridge in «Luhavul» which limits what they have but still a nice, clean store with a friendly staff. Also to set something straight — KROGERIS A GROCERYSTORE, NOT A FLORIST! Who categorized this as a florist?!
