They’re better at marketing, better at pricing, better at negotiation, better at staging than anyone we’ve seen. Using anyone else will cost you time and money. They sold our house in under 45 days, for significantly more money than any other home on our street, even helping to work through an appraisal that didn’t meet the purchase price. We were first-​time homebuyers and moving into the area from out of state, so finding a knowledgeable, reliable, and outgoing real estate agent was very important to us. We were blown away by Renee Mougin’s work throughout the entire process! She promptly responded to our emails and calls, set up showings when we decided to pop into town at the last-​minute, talked us through the entire process, and negotiated with the selling agent to get us exactly what we wanted.
