I was flying up from Florida to take my Mother from New Bedford in because shes getting to a point where she may need assisted living and I had questions about the tax implication of her small estate.
I made an appointment weeks in advance and emailed all points I needed to go over.
I was scheduled to meet with one of the senior partners but ended up getting what appeared to be a junior associate, Brandon Walecka. He was not prepared. He had very few answers to my questions and it seems as if he had not even read all of them.
We just walked out and I spent a few hours on the phone with Mass Health and medicare to get most of my answers.
