9 round is an excellent workout. It keeps me going for the entire 30 minutes. I get a great top to bottom workout everytime. No class times makes it convenient for my schedule. I get to burn calories kicking, hitting and jumping. Awesome attention you get from the trainers. I would recommend it for all people from beginners to experts.

9 Round is an awesome way to work out! It’s an intense 30 minute workout with 9 stations that are different every day so you don’t get bored. Motivating trainers are always there to show you what to do. The best part for me is the convenience. You can show up and start whenever you want(during their hours, which are broad) and you don’t have to think about what you will do. Just come and workout as hard as you like and be on your way feeling great! I love it! It’s way better than going to a gym. I actually look forward to going to work out. Thanks to Laura, the owner, and the trainers who always greet me with a smile that brightens my day!

This place is great! I love that there is a personal trainer and no class times. It’s quick, 30 mins total and with 3 mins at each station. I get bored easily so the fact the trainer changes it up every-time I go it makes it fun! No it’s not real boxing for actual defense but it is a workout that pushes me further than going to a gym by myself. The punching bags are a great change to the treadmills. Plus the staff are friendly and push you to the next level! Take a punch at it, the first class is free! :-)

If you just want to move around and sweat, this place is OK. But, there are any number of gyms in town where you can do that — most for less money. But don’t be taken in by the boxing element. This place is for housewives who want to drop a few pounds, but not for anyone who’s serious about learning how to throw a punch, defend themselves, executive footwork, etc. If you want to pretend you’re learning how to work in a boxing gym or learning how to defend yourself, that’s up to you. But that’s not what this place is about at all. The trainers don’t know what they’re doing in that department. They keep you moving with some aerobics and calisthenics They just use the items of a boxing gym as props to pretend it’s about more than that.
