History
Established in 2010.
Structured Chaos is owned by a social worker who also is a paralegal. This unique combination allows for an ability to understand and work through clutter issues and to assist in the process of gathering all important documents in a way that makes sense, is manageable, and simply works for the client. After several years in business, Structured Chaos is now working primarily with other businesses and retirees — all in an effort to help reduce stress and increase productivity. Now with a retail location in New Bern, NC, Structured Chaos is more accessible to the community and available for free 30 minute assessments.

With an education in social work and as a trained paralegal, Tanya has a unique ability to work with people and engage them to clear the clutter as well as to prepare for the unexpected. Tanya provides services to businesses by implementing systems that allow for increased productivity and therefore increased revenue by integrating her Productive Environment Institute™ training with her own business experience. By working with her newly released book, The HAINES System™, co-written with her sister, Julie, Tanya assists people in gathering their important documents and information in a way that others can access at the time of need.
