Arby’s

Stopped in to get the loaded Italian sub. The sub was good. The 3 stars was for the slow service, they only had 2 people working on this particular day and time and they had a mini rush as I arrived.

This Arby’s is by far the worst service and quality ever in any restaurant! The manager was exremely rude and inconsiderate. To be continued as i continue to come back here because its the only one here in New Braunfels.

Overall, the bathroom was clean but in general, in disrepair. Floor tiles were cracked and missing, and the stalls themselves need some work. The toilet was running and thus would not flush. I fixed this and reported it to the manager.

Arbys have a reputation for good food, friendly service, and clean facilities. This Franchise location is no exception!
The curly fries were piping hot, the beef on my #3 was steaming, and the tea ice-​cold!
Shortly after 1:00 p/​m, the floors were clean, the tables cleared, and the restrooms well-​stocked.
It doesn’t get any better than this!

Some of the nicest employees in town. Food is always good.

From time to time I crave Arby’s, why you ask? Because I crave the oven roasted hand-​sliced beef! Sometimes I’m not in the mood to have a beef burger and love this lighter substitute. To get Curly Fries vs Home Style Fries is a must. Not only are they crunchy outside and soft inside but dipping them in Arby’s «special sauce» is a must! I really wish they would bottle this delish sauce for the masses!
Yesterday was no different than any other visit to my local/​only Arbys location in town. I was very disappointed! I went for the basic #4-​Roast Beef Sandwich with Cheese+Curly Fries. The sandwich was good not great, on the dry side. The fries, oh my! I’ve had much better! Not only were they dry, but you could tell they had been sitting around for a couple of hours probably days!
