Comet 1 Hr Cleaners & Laundry

I’ve been using this location for the past 1yr 9months. This week 10÷8÷15 and last week have been horrible. My work uniform had been poorly pressed and white stains on the pants. I would not use this place if your clothing goes through a uniform inspection at work. When asked to correct the issue they told me it will be ready tomorrow around 5pm. Ever since they changed to start bright, they have gone down hill. Use Dave cleaners. At least they are more customer friendly.

Do not use this cleaners. If you have a problem the owner will never contact you! I took a new shirt in to be pressed which I had just bought for a wedding and it came back with spots and streaks of colors front and back. I could not use it for the wedding. It came with a note that said this is the best we can do. I left it there to see if they could get the spots and colors out and asked that the owner call me. I stopped back no less than 5 times over 2 months and asked for the owner to call me. Each time I was told they gave him the message. I finally took the shirt and told them I thought they owed me something for ruining the shirt and told them I would post about them on line and was told if I did that the owner wouldn’t contact me then. I already knew that so here’s my review which shouldn’t even be 1 star!
