History

Established in 2000.

Our firm has served Comal County, Guadalupe County and Hays County clients since 2000. Our primary focus has been Business Law, Real Estate Law, Probate, Guardianship, Federal Criminal Defense, and Federal Litigation. However, as in most small town practices, we are here to help with most legal issues or point you to someone who can.

Mike Morris is a litigation attorney in Central Texas focusing on business law, contract issues, and Federal trial work. He trusts the American jury system to provide reasonable resolutions to unresolved dilemmas.

After living 20 years in Austin and serving 8 years in the US Navy, the Morris family relocated to New Braunfels in 1998. They have discovered the beauty found in simplicity, community, and investing in life-​long relationships. They are active in the local public schools, communities of faith, and their neighborhood.
