Established in 2008.

We are a small family owned business. Our home town is New Britain, CT. We serve most of Connecticut.

We are a fairly new company, but have years of experience in the field.

N.E. Lock and Key is mostly a mobile business, but does have a small retail shop, work shop, and office. We keep our overhead lower to have fair prices for you.

Our company is based on the belief that our customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

I have worked for other company’s in the past and didn’t like certain things, so I started this company with thoughts of excellent customer service, good quality parts, and professional high quality service all day every day.
