Lazy Days Dog Boarding

We booked a 2 spaces for our dogs 6 months in advance with Pam. Without any notice our reservation was cancelled as we just found out. They woman essentially said sorry about your luck. After boarding our pets with her before we were pretty shocked and very let down. Toward the end of call she said one of our pets was difficult. He was a puppy the last time he stayed there and all puppies can be difficult. Pam obviously cannot handle that and I would recommend people look for a company who does not simply cancels reservations. The proper thing to do would to have been to never take our reservation at all! Prior to this happening I would have given this place a great review, but in the end this could happen to anybody! Sorry we canceled your reservation.
