This company was dispatched by the sewer line insurance program we decided to enroll with.
We apparently have a problem with the main getting backed up. This is the second time in about a year that it has happened, and required a plumber to snake it out.
2 guys showed up, Vaughn and TJ. They were in and out of here in under an hour. That included pulling the toilet, pulling the bathroom door off the hinges and out of the way, setting up, snaking the line, cleaning up their equipment, resetting the toilet, and b/​s-​ing with me the entire time.
I rehung the door and mopped up the basement floor with some bleach water to make sure to kill any nasties. You will always have a bit of a mess when clearing a main sewer line, no way around it.
The guys showed up with the right equipment the first time, and started inside the house where the problem was being noticed. MUCH more efficient and knowledgable than the previous company that had performed the previous cleaning. (see my review of the other company if you care to know who to avoid)
This place is in New Castle, so not the closest to us, but they knew exactly what was going on and how to remedy the situation.
They highly recommend that we have the drain camera’d the next time it backs up, because obviously there is a problem occurring. I seem to think the high efficient toilets don’t actually supply enough water to keep things flowing, which these guys said might be part of the problem.
Anyway, we will be requesting this company be dispatched for all future claims made with the sewer line insurance, and most likely when we need a licensed plumber for any repairs/​modifications in the future.
