I took my brand new (2013) vehicle to Harding tire for the simple procedure of changing a tire. I got my car back with a big white scrape on my nice new dark grey metallic rims. Not to mention the grease that they left all over my wheel that I had to buff out myself. When i confronted them about the scrape, the mechanic claimed that it was there when i gave it to them (I am 100% sure it was not). The manager took his incompetent mechanic’s word for it and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Lesson learned. I just hope that you will learn from my atrocious experience and spare yourself (and your vehicle) the damage.
