Modern controls provides a full range of mechanical services for the modernization of your facility including chiller, boiler, pump, and piping replacement-​performed on a fast-​track schedule with minimum downtime. History

Established in 1989.

ModernControls Inc. was started by HVAC service technician, Mike Peet, in 1988 in his garage. Having worked in HVAC service for many years, Peet determined he could build a better company than competitors by focusing on better service and by using state-​of-​the-​art solutions. Four years later, the growing company moved into the facility at the present address. ModernControls has increased steadily in sales volume, services offered, geographic area serviced, and number of employees.
