Jaxon and Jordan F.

Business Owner

Jaxon joined the company over 25 years ago when his father

Jack D Ferm retired from the business he started as a

corporate real estate firm in the mid-​70s. «There’s a

strong pull to keep the family business going,» Jaxon says.

«I’m proud to be head of a company that offers its

customers extra details to make their experience positive

and simple.» Giving clients direct access to the president

or a manager is important to Jaxon. «We’re right next

door to respond to their needs,» he says. «They benefit

from the extra energy and pride that goes with a

company that’s owner/​operated.» So do the employees.

Many of them are long-​term members who enjoy respect

and encouragement to grow within the company.

Jordan is Head of Operations

and joined his father and older brother Jaxon in the

family business in 1987 after graduating from college. In

addition to personnel training he is actively involved in
