History

Established in 1988.

RJF&A was founded by Robert J. Fisher, PLS., PE. to create a unique civil engineering and survey firm that fully understood the requirements of the land development industry and provided outstanding service. During the past 20 plus years he has served on numerous Home Builder Association Boards and has completed subdivision and land development designs throughout the central pennsylvania region. We continue to service many of the largest and most successful developers in the region with inovative and cost effective designs.
