Ordered 2 cases for my kids kindles through the Sears website. Can’t believe sears would associate their name with this so called business. They never answer the phone, return messages or answer emails. Did not ship both items. Do not do business with these people. Horrible service.

This business has provoked 379 complaints with the Better Business Bureau within 3 years. The link is below. I ordered a bulb, it doesn’t work, they wont respond. That’s my experience and the experience of literally hundreds of others. If you are thinking of ordering from Adavanced Lamps may I suggest instead lighting your money on fire in protest of the cancer of capitalism. Or send it to me. Do not send it to these clowns because their joke of a business is not funny.

Placed an order for a projector bulb on 2÷12÷2014. After a week I started trying to get ahold of this company to get order status which their website listed as pending. Could never get a response to email or a callback from voicemail I left. After two weeks I decided to order the same part from another vendor, sent Advanced Lamps a msg to cancel(of course, no reply). Finally on 4÷30÷2014 the bulb gets delivered from Advanced Lamps, only 2.5 months after I ordered it. Absolutely terrible.

Worst Company EVER! Order projector bulbs 3 months ago. They took my money right away, and then kept blowing smoke up my behind telling me, «Their coming, Their pending, Their shipping. They’ll be there in 1 week…2 weeks.3 weeks». They even sent me a letter saying they are on their way, only to talk to the rep who said they are«Never Coming!!» 7 calls, never a call back, I just had to dog the phone till I got a live person. Requested a refund. That better not take 3 months! Stupid, worthless, unefficient, unfriendly, unorganized, so called business. I’ll put my name on it. Lisa Edmonds

Too bad I didn’t see these reviews before. I ordered a lamp and it came in about a week. Not bad. It blew out on the fourth month. I called and they said I was still under warranty. They took almost 2 ½ weeks to get the next one to me. As I took it out of the box it looked used. like the housing of the lamp had been banged around. Well… I put it in the TV and it didn’t even turn on!!! I called and he said that I had to take my TV in for a diagnostic check up and I would not receive a replacement lamp because the manufacturer didn’t allow more than 1 exchange. Oh… that’s not all… I was also told that I wouldn’t receive any money back because it is only allowed during the first 30 days. So they kept the lamps and my MONEY!!! Oh and by the way… check them out on the BBB website(better business bureau) they have a «D» grade… should’ve looked there first.

Don’t get fooled that the lamps that this company is selling is at a very cheap price. This company is just sells crap stuffs. I purchased a projection lamp and with 2 months it blew up. I asked for a replacement and its been more then months that I havent received my replacement yet. The only thing I am told is they are sorry because the lamp is in back order. Come on now… how can you sell stuffs if you dont have the product. I was a victim but I am trying to aware you not to buy stuffs and be a victim like me.
