A very cute intimate theater, the interior is a surprising contract to the more unobtrusive outside. It’s very clean, very modern, and I certainly didn’t expect a bar to be available for pre-​show drinks. Finding it was a bit of a challenge — luckily I was meeting a friend with a distinctive car, otherwise I may have found myself doomed to a Jack (of jack o’lanterns) fate of endlessly driving the parking lot, trying to find something that jumps out as «theater!» Even though it looks like you’ve driven into a warehouse, just keep going towards the back after you enter the parking lot. The seats were okay, I’m 5’11″ and had a bit of concern about my knees bumping the person in front of me. The evening ended without incident though, so there was more room than I though!

What a delight. This was my first exposure to the LWT and I am sold. The seating provides everyone a great view of the stage. The performance I happened to see was Picasso at the Lapin Agile. I had the good fortune of seeing this show years, ok decades ago when it first opened and was hesitant to see it in a local production. My concerns were unfounded, it was a delight.

Local theater at its best. This is my favorite place to watch a play in the NH area. Small, initimate setting with great actors. I recently saw The Underpants (written by the one and only Steve Martin) and Fences (directed by the infamous Phylicia Rashad). Both were excellent shows and very entertaining. I went to Fences the first night it was on and Phylicia sat directly behind me, taking notes and working hard. She seemed a little stressed but signed a ton of autographs for fans who noticed her and also posed for a pic with me.
Discount coupon to eat at Brazi’s next door is on the back on the ticket stub. I hear the actors often eat there as well.
Huge, free parking lot is also a bonus!

This was my first time back to LWT in years and I am glad to see the improvements in seating. Leg room! Yes, there is leg room!
The plays at LWT tend to be a little more accessible than those at the Yale Repertory Theater but not as commercial as the Shubert’s musicals. I saw «Clybourne Park» and give it an enthusiastic «thumbs up». Excellent staging, terrific acting, and a thought-​provoking story. I stayed for the talk-​back and found it to be a lively, and enlightening, discussion. I’d recommend this particular play to anyone teenage or older.
As for the theater itself, the intimate seating surrounds the stage on three sides; depending on where you sit, you can have a very different perspective on what is happening on the stage. Front row seats are squirmingly close to the stage, which is at floor level. For some, it may be a bit too intimate and that you feel too visible for comfort. All seats have good sight lines to the stage, so no worries if you’re over to one side or the other.
The lobby is comfortable for a theater this size, with a few places to sit while one is waiting for the doors to open. The bar sells very good, warm cookies, and very bad, hot coffee. Soda, wine, beer, and liquor is also available. Prices were pretty reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I’m planning on going back more often, now that I know I can cross my legs without banging my knees or kicking the person in front of me in the head. And I’m extremely glad that «Clybourne Park» was the play I saw.

I came here to see «Bell, Book, & Candle» on stage.
It was a fun production, although I was youngest in age.
The theater is round, that means every seat is good.
Groups save dough– so bring people you should.

A little bar onsite with snacks– the cookies are fine.

so young people: come out and see a show here!
