Oak Haven Table & Bar tapas style gastropub that specializes in beer, wine and bourbon. Nestled in historic grotto neighborhood of New Haven. A café that opens as a trendy gastropub and transforms into a vibrant bar at night. As our name suggests; we are a fusion café that sells exquisite food, delicious wines, craft beers & spirits. We will produce a seasonal farm to table food menu. Our décor will exemplify our trendy, eclectic and rustic style that embraces these cultures. We are providing the hip residents, students and workforce of New Haven an upscale experience in a comfortable setting with a superior product. We will support local farms, vineyards, micro breweries, and distributors whenever possible. We will be a sanctuary for the cultured consumer.
History
Established in 2013.
Opened in 2013 as a Farm to Table Tapas style restaurant. Offering a whiskey focused mixology bar, an always changing craft beer list and a wonderful artisanal wine list, we pride ourselves on creating an experience you won’t find anywhere else.

15 year hospitality professional. Specializing in farm fresh food & beverage programs. Grew up in West Haven, CT and has worked with business partner Craig Hotchkiss for the last 15 years. Studied Hotel & Restaurant Management at the University Of New Haven class of 2006. Studied under award winning mixologist Ryan Goodspeed of The Genuine Hospitality Group in Miami Florida.
