Dr. Silverstein graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in 1979. He then completed a preceptorship at the Yale Podiatry Group in 1980, followed by a surgical residency at the West Haven Veterans Administration Medical Center from 1980 – 1982.

He is board certified in Foot Surgery. He is a Diplomate of the National Board of Podiatry Examiners, Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and a Fellow of the American college of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

Dr. Lori K. Paragas graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1999. She then completed a surgical residency at the Yale/​VA CT Healthcare System from 1999 – 2002.

She is board certified in Foot Surgery. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

They are both affiliated with the Hospital of Saint Raphael, Yale — New Haven Hospital and Temple Surgery Center
