The White Buffalo

WhiteBuff is essentially the only Vape Shop that I go to. I’ve been a triweekly customer since last winter and honestly I haven’t found a spot in New Haven, New York City, or Boston that I prefer. WhiteBuff is great just to hang out, try juices, get advice about your setup, or pick up a new mod. Shout out to juice master Erik and the ever extraordinary premier house juice, Blue Bird. Being right in the midst of downtown New Haven, near all my favorite cafes, and place of work makes The White Buffalo super convenient for me to get to. Much love to the Buffalo!

Great place to kick back relax, and sample the best juices on the market. Super friendly and informative bunch of guys and gal they have working there.

This shop is awesome. Very large selection, mostly gear for the experienced vaper. Mechs, regulated mods, rda’s, tanks etc… they got it all. The space the shop is in is very cool, sort of an old factory kind of look. They have locked glass display cases with all there mods set up on the walls which looks very clean and classy. The only negative for me is the e-​liquid, don’t get me wrong it’s not bad e-​liquid. They have a very smart way of rotating in and out different brands. However there is a flaw to this method, that is the menu’s. They have a great dripping/​tasting bar where the menus sit. The first time I went they had probably 80% of the juices listed, the second time it was about 60% The most recent time it was probably more like 30−35% if that. Also most the juices they did have in stock that were on the menu were crazy high nicotine levels that someone like me, and I’m guessing most of there customers, couldn’t use. This made trying to find a juice in my flavor profile quite difficult. The thing is menus are a great idea. What I think they need to do is possibly implement a system that is easier to add/​subtract the juices as they are rotated out. Maybe iPads or chalk boards might be a good solution.
Like I said up top this is by far one of the best vape shops in CT if not New England. They are worthy of five stars but until that menu problem is fixed I gotta be real and give four. But please don’t let that little negative deter you from visiting the shop.
Not only is this shop great but they are also involved in advocacy and are members of the Connecticut SAFATA chapter. They regularly hold cloud competitions and meets, which I haven’t had the pleasure of being apart of quite yet but look forward to doing so. Hope this review helped.

Scammers I wish there is zero rating. The e-​cigarets they sell have no warranty and only last for a month.

I was extremely let down by this vape shop. I decided to branch out of my area to see what this store had to offer for juices. First off there’s absolutely no parking. As I entered I walked to the very limited selection of juices. One employee was very occupied by the computer and the other was the least bit helpful. Didn’t explain or relay any information on what they had to offer. If your looking for the best vape shop in Ct I highly Recommend Sovereign «loft» in Fairfield.

White Buffalo Vapors to me is the number one place to be. When I met the people who run the store I found them not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable in all there products they sell in there store. The customers that come in either as regulars or for the first time are experiencing a fantastic place to find a way to get away from smoking tobacco products & creating a better life for them selves. If anyone who is thinking of quitting smoking. Please come & visit this place, it may just change your life for the better. Lastly I highly recommend White Buffalo Vapors to everyone.

Super trendy and fun place to stop! Whether you Vape or not, this is equally as much a lounge as it is a store. The staff which were pretty well versed in the various juices and mods they have available, were very friendly and helpful. I loved the feel of the place. It is definitely a hip spot to hangout! I came in when they first opened and it has really developed since that time. It has the look of a NYC vape shop but the easy going nature of a west coast vape front. I also went for their grand opening party and was very impressed with their infamous cloud competition. If you’re looking for ecig products or looking for a place to hangout or just want somewhere cool with free wifi, this is the hippest spot to be. A true attribute to New Haven!

Awesome spot. I go here on a regular basis because of the relaxed atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and great selection of juice, vape supplies, and accessories. The house juices (especially Neon Iguana) are fantastic. The staff are all very enthusiastic about what they sell and they all love to check out your build and ask questions. The Grand Opening was phenomenal. When you buy from White Buffalo, you always find yourself back there. Can’t wait for the Espresso bar!

I’m going to give a 5 star rating even tho I have only been to one other vape shop besides The White Buffalo. Because, I can see where this place is headed. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and pleasant to deal with. The selection of accessories is a perfect spread. It’s not a huge, overwhelming selection, however, it is a perfect spread of interesting and intriguing set ups and add-​ons. In other words, you will find what you need here. And, maybe my favorite part, was everyone wanted to sell my friend and I what we needed biased on our experience with vaping. I was introduced to where I could go with this hobby but was recommended set-​ups that made sense considering my experience. Lastly, I will mention the «juice». Whoa! This selection is overwhelming just as you’d expect it to be. The guys at The White Buffalo put together a huge selection of brews. Literally a flavor for all taste. I described what I wanted to taste and my boy pulled out three or four brews that all nailed my description to the tee!

They are still getting there feet on the ground but they have a whol lot of potential. The brass monkey house juice is amazing !!! They have all the popular authentic mods and carry high end juices (drakes, space jam ect ect) good luck guys and ill be back

Best vape shop in the NH area! They’re not «all the way oprn» yet, but even the beta version of this place is great.
They have a tasting bar where Evan the juice guru will recommend a good flavor for you, build you a coil with that flavor on it, and let you taste it. So far, recommendations of Drake’s Vapes Drakeula and Adam Bomb Paradise have been spot-​on. Product knowledge among all the employees I’ve seen has been top-​notch.
On the hardware side of things, Max is the go-​to guy, and he knows A LOT. I’m not a member of the RBA club yet, but this shop has everything a rebuilder needs, from a wide variety of mech mods, atomizers, and hybrids to tools for customers to learn to build their first coils.
The shop itself also deserves props. The location is unrivalled, right by the corner of Chapel and State streets in downtown New Haven. There are a handful of couches for customers to sit down on and cape, with talk of a terrace, espresso lounge, and VIP room.
All in all, this place is a must-​see for any vapor enthusiast who finds themselves in the New Haven area. Even in its current state, the shop feels welcoming and friendly. I definitely plan to become a regular customer, and hope you will check this place out soon!
