Great work done correctly on my truck and charged half of what another location quoted me at for the work! Highly recommend and will certainly be coming back for future upgrades to my vehicle!

Here’s the thing — yep, I was very very irresponsible when I was 18 and racked up a little credit card debt, and have since been working on it. Here’s ANOTHER thing, who are you, as a VP of a company to sit here and say things like this to people? I am SURELY not the only person in the world with less than stellar credit and it’s not like I was out shopping for a car for the shits and giggles of it… mine broke down, and I was in a bind. Do you say things like this to people when they apply to your financing company and they have less than perfect credit? I see credit reports every day, and instead of RAGGING on people about how BAD they are… I tell them how they can be helped.
Here’s another thought — don’t tell someone that the car loan that they are going to be PAYING is going to report on their credit when in fact it is not… that’s a nice thought isn’t it.

Don’t go here for a trailer hitch. It took two trips because they forgot to order the hitch, then said they’d give it to me for dealer cost. When I paid, it was $ 20 higher than the quote, and they hadn’t added in the tax. The total bill at «dealer cost» was the UHaul price. The install without electrical took almost 3 hours; it makes me wonder if they just took it to UHaul. It wasn’t a complicated job and I should have just gone to UHaul myself; it was closer to home and the total experience would have been less time. Lesson learned.
UPDATE: I called John P. about his reply. When I made the original appointment Ryan wrote down one number of the VIN wrong. We corrected it the next day, but he forgot to give the correct VIN to whomever ordered parts. He was pleasant and fully admitted his mistake and offered me to do the work at the dealership cost. While I was really frustrated about a second trip, I liked how Ryan was a stand-​up guy and owned the mistake and made amends, so I went back. John hadn’t investigated any of this but I did like that he mentioned they took off the exhaust because the car was louder than normal. John turned me over to Deano and he offered to send a runner to my house to pick up the car and look at it. That solved my two issues; driving distance and time. They dropped the car back off a couple of hours later and it was back to it’s normal sound level. Deano called and said they found the heat shield bolts in the front of the car were rusted and coming apart. They wired it up the best they could. I’m guessing either by putting the car on the lift or messing with the exhaust was all it needed to loosen the heat shields. Kudos to Ryan and Deano. I still feel this was a high end shop doing a simple job; it looks like they do a lot of body and electrical work. Felt like I was going to a plastic surgeon to have my nails painted.

Fairly friendly and helpful staff. Quick service. They have a lot of nice products to choose from.
The remote start we had put in seems to work just fine.
I had to dock them one star since they refused to honor the Unilocal discount.

Got a remote starter put in to my car yesterday. Everything went great! They were very helpful in picking out which starter was best for my car. I was able to get my car in and out the same day I dropped it off. The staff was also very helpful in demonstrating how the features of my starter worked and had no problems using the discount when I checked out. I would highly recommend them.

Great company. Got my last Tahoe accessories here and the work was done well and on time.
